I got this for my Mom who frequently experience back and leg pain due to arthritis as well as old age. Previously I was using a hot water bag and it took a lot of time to heat the water for it and the hot water bag would lose the heat very soon. It was also inconvenient to heat the water again and again for repeat usage and it was also difficult to hold the hot water bag in one place. With this product all those issues of mine were resolved and now my mom is able to use the product herself without anyones help being needed. It is comfortable, easy to wear and quick to heat. Overall value for money product.

Good quality...has 3 levels of temperature.. And is provided with cover which has belt which can b used for xl size also. Need to check how long will lost. Dont go with diaplay bag colour as i got a different one. Over all good for all different types of body pain

Long enough power cord with heat controller. Low power consumption from 24 watts to 45 watts. Comfortable soft cloth cover . Value for money. Must buy...

Pathetic quality. Melted and gave a shock to the body while in use. Can't seem to return the thing either. Is there a guaranty on the product? It is only three weeks old.

This heating pad from addmax is the second one i ordered from amazon. Previous one was from some different brand, both were however quite disappointing. Heating is not as much that it can relieve pain despite setting on highest temperature. Not value for money.
