When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? Will be released March 29, 2019 on Darkroom/Interscope Records. It is the debut album from Billie Eilish and includes `when the party's over', `you should see me in a crown' and just released `bury a friend'. The album follows 2017's dont smile at me EP which recently peaked at #14 on Billboard Top 200 chart. Review: Little scratchy BUT STILL SOUNDABLE AND LISTENABLE! - One of her best albums. This cd sounds amazing. It sounded a bit scratchy but honestly all I care is that it works properly where i can hear the song right. The scratchiness isn’t bad. I recommend buying tho! Review: Second time's the charm... - So I have over 100 vinyl records, and the first one I purchased? This album right here. I was more than familiar with the album when I bought it, so I was pretty excited to own it. (If you're familiar with the album, you know it's excellent.) As someone just getting into vinyl collection, I had no clue what to expect. Suffice it to say, it came in mint condition- packaging, and everything was great. However, when I played the album, it sounded awful. It kept jumping on a few songs (notably "Bad Guy") and there was just popping and hissing all over. As I said, this being my first record, I really didn't know what to expect. I kept playing it and the problems didn't go away, even with cleaning the record. Now bear in mind, at the time, I had a really cheap vinyl player with no external speakers so the sound quality was pretty terrible. I read a few reviews about putting a coin on the needle arm (didn't work), cleaning the record (didn't work), and finally upgrading your record player (I now have a $150 player, plus Bluetooth shelf speakers). That didn't work either. It was becoming quite apparent to me that I had a bad pressing especially as my collection grew. I've now bought a second copy, and boy was I nervous to even check out and complete my purchase. The new record, which I'm playing now, sounds excellent. There's one little skip (probably dust) and minimal surface noise which I'm sure a quick cleaning will fix. I say this all to say that if you're interested in purchasing this on vinyl, just be aware that you might get a bad copy. But I suppose that's the chance you take when purchasing vinyl albums anyway. I don't like that I wasted money on the first copy, but I'm glad I bought it again as this is one of my fave albums!

Let’s clear some things up...
I don’t leave many reviews but I thought this album, actually more this vinyl, because we all know the album is great and she and her brother are a talent rarely seen. But this vinyl seems to be getting a bad rap. First I’m a bit of an audiophile. And have a good setup and turntable. Nothing amazing, something any bloke with a day job can set up. The tracks on this album have amazing range with high highs and some very low lows. The lows with vinyl create very different grooves than many other albums. Remember this is an analog very physical medium. I had to add some pressure to the needle to keep it from being thrown around in the grooves when listening to tracks with intense bass. (About a half a gram above normal much like I sometimes do with older albums that have a few miles on them) . And I think that is what most are experiencing with cheaper turntables. And I have an love many portable, less expensive turntables they all have their place and use. Not sure why some are leaving reviews choosing to bash them and their owners instead of thinking a little. But I digress there is nothing wrong with the vinyl at all. I would say I am preferring it to the CD or any digital means on which I have listened to the album. It’s great the sound is rich warm and her attention to detail and stereo separation is unheard of today. Go ahead buy it! it is phenomenal!

Amazing Talent! Issue with actual vinyl but the penny did the trick!
Okay, so I am 58 years old and a huge Billie Eilish fan. She and Finneas are amazingly talented. The actual vinyl is warped and skips, like so many have mentioned. I have a coin taped to the arm and that is doing the trick. IT IS SO WORTH IT! This sounds great on vinyl! Small price to pay for great sound. Excellent album! Don't shy away. Just stick a penny on the needle arm and enjoy!

Vielleicht ist "When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?" das Album, dass das Pop-Jahr 2019 am besten zusammenfasst. Eine vor Ideen übersprudelnde Playlist, bestehend aus Dance ("Bad Guy"), düsterem Heavy-Pop ("You Should See Me in a Crown"), Pop-Rap ("Bury Me a Friend"), Quatsch ("8"), Fun-Pop wie auf dem ersten Lily-Allen-Album ("All the Good Girls Go to Hell") und fantastischen Balladen, allen voran das gesangliche Meisterwerk "When the Party's Over". When the Party's Over". When I'm Coming Home".
