Q: One photo shows detachable armrest. No mention anywhere else. Does it have them? Is backrest tiltable?

Mine didn’t come with armrests, and no the backrest isn’t tiltable. It’s a pretty basic but solid chair.

Q: Does the foot rest adjust same time with seat? Or is foot rest adjust automatic?

No. The chair seat is gas adjusted. The stool foot rest is screw adjusted independently. I hold say the foot rest is not for constant adjustment

Q: Can i attach arm rests?

No, unfortunately nowhere to attach them to.

Q: Can this chair have fixed supports not wheels

It comes with wheels that you have to insert yourself. You could if you are handy, not put the wheels on and source for yourself some fixed feet. It will be a standard diameter post.
