This works very well, especially for back pain. The only downside is that it adheres very strongly, so be careful when removing it. I almost tore my skin. Make sure to soak it thoroughly before taking it off.

I love these! I had picked up a pack from the airport in Korea for the long flight back to the US and I have to kick myself for all the other times I have flown without them! My biggest regret is not finding out about them sooner and getting a ton while I was in Korea because it’s def cheaper there. I am still happy to be able to purchase these online so not a big deal. They are warm when the patch is in place and the cooling sensation when you take them out is soooooooo nice!! Super sticky as well!!!

These are MUCH better than Solanpas patches. Stay on better, seem to have much better pain relief.

I can feel the hot & cold pain relief with sinsinpas. I've been using it for a couple hours now & is helping with my back & neck pain. Easy to put on and the size seems adequate.
