Bestway | Rectangle Pool Cover for Above Ground Pools, 4.04 m & 4.12 m, Black

Came in what looked like a new box all nicely folded but when I opened it there was some mud stains and the small horrible flying seed things I’m trying to keep out of the pool in it along with some grass. So clearly not new. For £22 it’s an ok deal but for a new one not a used one. On inspection some of the strings are grubby too so you can see it’s been used at least once. Cheeky. Needed to get the pool covered for winter this weekend and no option for a conversation re discount just return and replace so have to keep. Seems well made and best way stuff is generally well made so early days but should last. Use reef knots in the ties and use the instructions re threading the strings. If you don’t want water (and dust/dirt washing in the pool via the holes stack some inflatable’s in the pool to make a tent so the rain washes off down the sides. Also if you are careful you can gently fold the corners of the pool inboard to avoid rain getting in that way. Over all good cover but annoyed it’s used bad play Amazon So not good value as really something like this has no value used as they are almost disposable after a year

Could do with being a couple of millimetres thicker as it's flimsy.Apart from the tie downs along the sides and ends, should also have them at the corners.Some form of fitting should be attached to the frame support as the cover tie downs slip upwards.When on the pool the cover sinks down on top of the water, so Iv'e made a simple wooden frame that fits on the pool sides with a span that goes from one end to the other. When the cover is then fitted it looks like a roof. This stops the rain from getting into the pool. I should add that the cover heats the pool very well.

Does what it says on the tin

Poor. the ties are tiny and have frayed should be plastics on the ends. It’s very thin easy to tear.

Although correct size and make for our pool not a great fit. Holes for ties either incorrectly aligned or missing in places. Would suggest best way upgrade their quality control department to correct this. Will be looking for an alternative in the near future.

Brought last year. Its very fragile, you have to be careful when removing it as it tears easily. Ill be looking for a stronger one this year.

Great cover.Fits my Bestway Rectangular 401x201x100 pool perfectly.Entire pool is covered superbly.The only thing I have now done to mod this cover myself is attached cable ties to the outrigs or legs of the pool, this helps secure the string attached to the cover from slipping up the pool legs and prevent the cover from drooping in the middle when pulled tight which keeps the cover off the surface of the pool water.
