I have a purchased a 16 channel DVR online with Amazon, now I am having an issue with my DVR. It is well with in the warranty period but Hikvision service center refused to service my DVR. Hikvision DO NOT offer any service or customer support to the products bought via online platforms like Amazon. It is also very clearly mentioned on the home page of Hikvision India. Please check the web page of Hikvision before buying any product online

DVR creating problems not able to detect camera same contacted Hikvision customer care they instructed to return it for service or replacement.

Initially I got problem with some cameras having poor night vision and I contacted seller and he replaced it with other cameras which are doing well later on had some technical problem with dvr and also rectified by myself with the help of sellers advice. I gave 5 stars back for the service he provided through watsap and calls and ready to replace items saying satisfying customer is their main wish..tanq..now happy with my camera and seller

THE DVR MODEL IS NOT THE ONE DESCRIBED BY THE AMAZON THE DVR CAME IS ONLY FOR 2 MP CAMERAS NOT FOR THE 5 MP CAMERAS THE DVR CAME IS DS-7B16HQHI-K1 AND THE AMAZON DESCRIBED IN THERE Q&A WAS DS-7B16HUHI-K2.

Compatibility - this trader is selling max 3MP compatible DVR with 5 MP cameras. I checked all the website and now amazon is not involving to get me my refund.Amazon service in India is BAD

Accessories and connecters are very cheap quality, few of them not working while I tried to connect it and I purchasednew one, camera and DVR are fine.

Very bad product not to buy in amazon. My hard disk And SMPS is not working.i called to amazon call center but they are not responding . Not to buy . All products second hand
