Absolute beast.
I've had a pair of these headphones since 2020. They've lasted me for a long, long time. I've come back 5 years later to get me another pair, because only recently, the leather ear pads have started to peel off, and the mic got kinda worn out. Of course, these are only cosmetic problems. The mic works excellently, and my friends have even randomly just been like "Wow, how is your voice so clear". It's great. The sound quality is just as good as new. I've put these headphones through the ringer and they still work just fine. So if any of you particularly rage-prone gamers out there get you a pair of these headphones, I'm pretty confident they'll survive an intimate high speed collision with your drywall. In all seriousness though, if you treat them well, I can see 'em lasting years longer than they lasted for me. Along with that, these headphones are a great budget option, especially if you don't like rolling the dice on those unknown Chinese manufacturers that plague Amazon. For $40, I can't think of a better option for a set of gaming headphones. If on the off chance something goes wrong, I'll update this post (doubt I'll need to lol).

Love Them
The headphones I ordered had some damage but I received another pair as a gift for my birthday last week so I can write my review! I really like these. So far, they are more sturdy than other headphones I've tried, like the Corsair HS35, HS 50, and some lower end Turtle Beach headsets. They are a decent set of wired headphones and are reasonably priced. They have great noise cancellation and feel very comfortable over the ears. I've worn them for work as well as while gaming on a livestream and again, they are comfortable enough to be work for several hours. The mic is nice. I've had headphones with a removeable mic as well as others similar to these where the mic is attached but can be flipped up. I don't have a preference one way or the other but if you prefer to be able to completely remove the mic from the headset, these aren't for you. What is missing from this headset is a mute button. I have a Plantronics Blackwire C3210 Headset and even that has a mute button. It DOES have volume controls though, which I feel is pretty standard but I thought it worth mentioning. Some units come with a velcro wrap for cable management when the headset is not in use. I notice that the damaged unit I received had one but this newer one does not. Overall, I really like this headset, it works well, good sound quality and noise cancellation, and is pretty reasonably priced.

Good quality headset on a budget
Plug and play with zero issues. Comes with headphone jack as well as use connection for easy use Pros- comfortable headset that doesn’t press down on your ears Sound quality and loudness is great Lightweight and easy to manipulate volume knob while wearing Cons- Will start to short out at the headset connection after approx 2 years of use. Have had 2 pairs with both the same issues Cord will develop memory and start to self twist and coil, that’s the process to pay while running wired headsets Overall I give this 4/5 and would recommend

I could not recommend these more
I have had these for over two years now and really can't complain about much. I play video games and stream with them and have gotten comments on how nice and clear my mic is. Audio: I think the audio is pretty standard. Not the best you'll ever hear in life but in this price range it's amazing. I've been jump scared a few times not being able to hear someone come up to my desk so the noise cancelling is pretty decent. Mic: I thought that maybe I needed to upgrade my mic but I haven't found anything aside upgrading to an external mic that tops this. I love the flip to mute ability and use it frequently. Comfort: I usually start to feel the tiniest discomfort after about 5-6 hours which is plenty time for me most of the time. I have worn them longer and it's not painful but just a little sore when I take them off. They are on the lighter side and adjust nicely. Longevity: There's some slight wear on the headband part but that just started after all this time and they do rest on a holder in that spot. I did have some issues with sound stopping out of one earphone at one point, I think something became loose and so I just have to keep the volume scroll wheel on the actual headset in a certain spot now but it's not a problem because I never used that to control the volume anyway. It hasn't stopped working in a few months now. I haven't seen anyone else have this issue when it started so could just be a rare occasion and of course eventually they'll need to be replaced. For this price though I'd buy the same ones again and be set for a few more years at least. Comparison: I saw some HyperX Cloud Alpha S on sale and bought them thinking I was getting an upgrade and I was so wrong. The HyperX mic quality was so quiet I thought maybe it was just me but saw others posting online having the same issues. So far I haven't been able to fix it enough and in order to stream and not annoy talking with friends in Discord I'll be returning to using my Logitech headset for the foreseeable future. The HyperX was also much heavier and started to cause discomfort much sooner, maybe about two hours. Overall: Despite some minor issues these headphones have done really well for me and are better than other headsets I've tried that may be similarly priced. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a new gaming headset.

Great Headphones, but...
I am very happy with these, just please note that the actual connector on the end is a 3.5mm audio jack, and it comes with an adapter for usb and another adapter for 2x 3.5mm. Also, there is a volume control wheel on the back of ear cup, which I did not notice for the first week that I had these. Otherwise, they are really great sound quality. And I'm very happy so far.

Don't Bother
Pros: 1) It's $10 cheaper than where I originally found it online. 2) It's wired, so I don't have to worry about batteries needing to be recharged. 3) It's comfortable to wear. I'm a big guy, so having a headset that doesn't squeeze my head while using it helps. Cons: 1) To use this properly, you need to download the, "Logitech G Hub," software from the Logitech website. I was having trouble getting the headset to work properly, and thought it just needed a driver update. That's what I thought I was downloading from their website, and got the app instead. I don't need something taking up more hard drive (or SSD) space. 2) Testing the sound, it doesn't work as it should. Sound comes across as 5.0 or 5.1 instead of the 7.1 surround sound it's supposed to be. The G Hub app has a surround sound test I was able to use. The, "left," "left rear surround," and "left surround," channels were all the same speaker. The same with the, "right," "right surround," and "right rear surround," channels. The way the test is designed, a slight difference on the right side was less difficult to detect. By slight, I mean close to zero difference between the three channels on each side. I tried it with several games. Destiny 2, Call of Duty, Resident Evil Village (aka Resident Evil 8, and RE8), and A Plague Tale: Requiem, are the first games I tried. The first 2, sound was lackluster and had some spatial distortion. RE8 needed some extra tweaking in the game settings. With some research, Requiem required a sound setting in the operating system modified. The headset went from not plug-n-play, to less-than plug-n-play. If I have to do technical acrobatics to get moderate surround sound and sub-par sound for other games – not to mention movies and other forms of entertainment – then this will be the last Logitech headset I get. 3) I was talking to Logitech customer service online, and she confirmed the 3.5mm-to-USB converter (she called it a USB DAC) is needed for the device to work as a true 7.1 surround sound. Even while using it and the Logitech G Hub, it still wasn't giving me 7.1 surround sound. 4) The headphones do NOT work with every game. I tried it with Resident Evil VII.I.age, and sound was almost none existent, and choppy extremely low when it did exist. 5) The sound was off. I have a Bluetooth headset by another company that sounds much better. Recording games, then playing them back, the sound is even worse. I would NOT recommend this headset. It's a shame, because I've never had problems with other Logitech equipment I've used, and would like to stick with them. I guess their name on headsets (or at least this one) doesn't mean much. (edited) (Further edit) 11 months, and a few short drops later, one of the sides broke off and was unrepairable. That makes this the shortest time I've had to replace any headphone set.

Pretty good given the price
It does the job; I wanted a gaming headset with a mic and this works. The build quality is great, the sound is good, and it's comfortable enough. The 'downsides' are that with over-the-ear ear cups I find it hard to 'hear myself' resulting in me talking quite loudly (according to the mrs). Additionally, my ears get quite warm requiring me to move the cups off to the side for a bit to vent. The top cushion could also be soft for a longer session. All in all I'm satisfied with the purchase and would buy again.

A needed necessity!!!
I've had numerous styles of wired and wireless headphones but these!!!! These headphones are amazing, amazing sound, comfortable and a great mic on them and I use them when I stream my gameplay content and also add the surround sound DTS app which gives you a whole new world when you're gaming. They can be connected directly to your console with the adapter which is supplied or an adapter for your PC as for myself I connect it directly to my Xbox controller. I highly recommend this product!!!
