Microsoft Surface Pro 6 (Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 128GB) Bundle with Black Type Cover and Surface Pro Pen

The first one I ordered didn’t work. It kept hitting a blue screen stating that it had crashed and needed to be reset. I reset it 3 different ways and nothing. For the amount of money I was spending, I expected better.Customer service was nice and quick however about getting the old one returned and getting me a new one.It was just inconvenient, especially being a college student.However, my new one works beyond amazing. I haven’t had a single glitch or problem. It’s fast, great screen quality, and very light. I got the full bundle with keyboard and pen, and it’s really the best of both worlds, laptop and tablet.It’s amazing for college with all classes and note taking. For all those essays and assignments. Blackboard runs so smoothly on it.I use all office products between my professional and school life, and all of them run great.I have had up to 20 tabs opened on the internet and 4 other applications running not including 3-4 Microsoft documents open and this computer still runs smoothly and quickly.It’s also great for winding dow at night and watching Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.

Bought the surface as a replacement for my laptop. It’s lightweight, looks nice and is powerful for my office 365 use. The screen size is just right, keyboard types beautifully and the pen is very useful. All in all I am very satisfied with the purchase

We have a couple Surfaces, and we are very happy with their performance. I am writing a review though, because the service we received from the provided was excellent. We had a system issue wtih either the computer or the keyboard. The provider responded quickly and provided a shipping label to return the computer. They offered us a replacement or a refund. We chose the replacement, and the gear was shipped out within a couple days. We are extremely pleased with the customer service and would buy from this provider again.

I have wanted a Surface Pro for years, and I'm chuffed that I finally got one! It is everything I wanted it to be. Well, now it is.At first, I went through the BSOD hell for three months before finally finding help. Never once did I not experience the Blue Screen of Death at least once per session. The seller would not even respond to a simple query. The PC tech contacted Microsoft and they replaced the machine. This new model works just fine, refurbished or not. I think something was wrong with the drive in the old one. Not a techie: don't know the extent of the actual problem, and don't care. Was really disappointed with the seller, however.

Great tab, as expected. Fast, very useful. No problems so far, only had it a month. Battery life is good.Very transportable.

I have had several laptops in my life and this one is so far my favorite. Its very lightweight and doe the job of both a laptop and a tablet so I am happy. Will never go back to a regular laptop after the purchase of this one.

I bought the Surface Pro 6 on March 24, 2020, from Perfect Trading Inc. About six weeks ago (Jan 15, 2021) stopped to turn on. First I did the troubleshooting found on the Microsoft web page, next I look for a different charge. I tried five different chargers and still the small light that should be on while charging is off. I think the device is in good condition except for not being charged. I have received no response from Perfect Trading about this issue; I tried twice to contact them and nothing. Yes, once they ship the product, they have no responsibility, not even a minute of help. I want to ask them, why Microsoft has the device registered on Jan 8, 2020 and the warranty expired on that day on 2021.

Honestly, I thought I wanted the surface book but I got this surface pro with the pen and the keyboard for cheaper. I really like it so far, its lightweight and so fast in comparison to my old computer. The outer surface does scratch fairly easily so I highly recommend a cover for the side not protected by the keyboard. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase!
