Shineflow Women High Waist Full A Line Pleated Swing Midi Skirt

I am wearing this skirt for my wedding and it's super cute and bright. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the zipper is really hard to get up and down at the very top. You have to pull so hard you're afraid it will break. On the other hand, this is the second skirt I purchased. The last one I ordered in a medium and the zipper was fine, I just needed to exchange it for a smaller size. It's adorable, fun, and not as heavy as you'd think. The two skirts, although the same name were quite different. One was heavy and a deep waffle pattern. The one I have now is lighter and more waffle and polka dot. But, overall it's a good skirt that I know i will wear more than once!

I love this skirt! BUT I am returning to get a smaller size. I should not have listened to the reviews saying that this skirt was too small. I ordered one size up and it was way too big. That being said, I listed this item as "fit as expected" because you do not need to order any size different than what you normally wear. 5'3", 117 lbs, 27 inch waist, and I ordered a medium based on the reviews. Don't do that. I had a solid three inches of space between my stomach and the skirt when I held the skirt out. However, the skirt is well made, I love the fabric (it's a bit thicker, this is definitely a cool weather skirt), and am going through the hassle of getting a smaller size because I love it.

After reading other reviews, I chose to order one size larger than normal. I typically wear a size 4 in pants/skirts but ordered a Medium in this skirt and it fits perfect. It sits high as described and a have a little room left as I do not like my clothes to fit tight. I chose the green and it is the most beautiful rich green and i received a thousand compliments! I wish I could wear this skirt everyday. The only negative I have to say is how easily the material snags and pulls. I will remember the next time to not wear chunky jewelry as it catches the skirt very easily. If you are considering this skirt, buy it now just go up one size larger than you would normally wear.

Absolutely beautiful. Fits exactly as expected. My waist is 27" so i struggled between wether or not I should get a small or medium. I went ahead and got the small and it does fit a bit snug. Not entirely uncomfortable enough to return, but since it is so beautiful, i will order the other in red and get a medium. It is lined and thick material good for winter. It does not have care instructions so i need to contact the seller. I would like to know if can be ironed because the pleats are out of place due to being folded i guess. If you are on the fence about this skirt please dont be. Its beautiful.

The reviews here are right: It runs small. I'm about 5' 3" and a size 6, about a 27/28 inch waist. I usually wear a medium, but went up a size and got a large and it fits perfectly, even bordering on too small.The skirt is of surprising quality. I expected it to look and feel really cheap, but it didn't. It appears to be really well made. I got the red one, and while I didn't notice it in the picture the fabric is textured. It's not flat. I didn't like it at first, but it's growing on me. I'll pair it with a plain black top and I think the texture will really make the outfit pop.

Disappointing. It was cheap so I don't know why I'm surprised that it looks cheap. The material is odd; thick, almost like a dish towel, and feels a bit heavy. The fabric has a "waffle weave" texture so now that I think about it, the skirt actually looks and feels exactly like a giant green dish towel. There's a lot of fabric, poofy and way too long, so I could make several dish towels out of it. I ordered up based on reviews but the waist is too large. On the positive side the green color is vibrant and the scalloped detail on the waistband is quite pretty. If it didn't need so much altering I might even have worn my dish towel skirt a couple of times, but the alterations will cost more than the skirt itself and it's just not worth it.

My only real complaint with this skirt is that it snags on things.... a lot. It recovers pretty well if I notice quickly and try and pull it back into shape, but yeah.... definitely snaggy. I have to be careful about what bracelets I wear, and what purse I carry. I love the length, color, the scallops on the waistline.

I wanted to love this skirt because of the scalloped waist. Unfortunately, the heavy material (polyester maybe?) mixed with deep pleats did not flatter my shape at all in the "pooch" area. If you are heavy there - this skirt may not be for you. I did consider sewing the pleats down, but I am not sure how the material would have responded to that. I decided to return it.
