Good book for study OB-Gyn...

It is not illustrated what they mentioned. Even material is not so good. No properly arranged. Really there is many area lacking in this book. I am sure I can compile 1000 time better than this book and with nice illustrations. MCQS were very few. I don't like this book.I saw many Davis books but it is was in very low in all of them . I want to return this book I did not find good material in this book. it is not useful for ARDMS exam. Please let me know how I can return this book and take my money back. Single thing is not attract me to keep this book with me. I have many books on this topics but it is worst of them until today. So I want to return this book as soon as possible.Thanks for sending for rating

I'll keep it short and brief.If you are studying for your OB boards, this is the WORST book to use. I took my OBGYN boards and passed NOT using this book. Davies makes the worst study materials (I had their ABD/Physics reviews and hated those).Get your hand on Elderman's OBGYN review and you'll pass. I used Elderman and Appleton and Lange's book), that should be enough.Bottom line.. I hate this book!. I will be selling it on EBAY, go there and buy it if you want to fail.

This book is a WASTE OF TIME...and money. The organization is horrible. A lot of pertinant information is left out. A 5th grader could have done a better job. I am really disgusted...I usually like Davies....I used their question books for both the PSI and Breast ARDMS exams and found them very helpful..so I had high expectations for this. DON'T BUY IT!!!

I didn't purchase this book from amazon, but actually from the Davies website and at first I thought it was great but as I got more in to the book the information seemed to be really dated, and thats when I looked at the publishing date and it said 2003-2004. Seriously!?! You can't give people studying for a test that's constantly being updated an almost 11 year old book to study from. I am really lucky to have a friend who actually had a 2014 Edelman's OBGYN review book and let me borrow.As I went through the Edelman's I also went through this book along with it and there was a ton of differences in measurements and dates, and some just completely wrong information ie. hyditaform moles. Plus, there is some stuff that didn't have much information on it at all.Overall, I would caution anyone against buying this book to study for the current registry. If I had realized all this before I highlighted and wrote notes I would be getting my money back, unfortunately I can't. I am definetly going with Edelman's for my abdomen registry.Oh and I plan on writing to Davies and letting them know that they are selling people a subpar product, people, who by the way, are relying on their information to be correct to take a test required for their CAREERS!!
