I feel like whether you buy refurbished or not, when you get a label printer it should be ready for any types of labels you want to program instead of having to clear it out, ya da ya da. They are expensive to begin with, they should be ready to roll.

Purchased a new thermal printer
I purchased a new thermal printer not a refurbished one. The one I got is refurbished I want to return it and get a new one. I paid over 200 and some dollars for the sprinter. A recondition was like 54. It’s all scratched up on the top.

I was hoping that there would be even a label
My old printer was broken, I bought a new zebra printer, I opened the box with joy, but I was hoping that there would be even a label, but unfortunately there wasn't. I think it's very thoughtless.

Bought this refurbished After only 2 months of use… it stopped working giving an error message which manufacturer said meant defective product and not fixable! Very disappointed with this reseller!!!!
