Terrible value and customer service
I feel like I overpaid for the quality I'm getting here.It doesn't come with instructions, the things I ordered don't include all the parts to complete a unit even though it's everything listed on the website. Really upset I feel like it cost 10x more than it's worth or they might be patent trolling and exploiting this. I'm out a lot of money and still don't have a working unit.EDITCompany contacted me to send out the screws to possibly complete the unit I paid for. I'll update my review to reflect if the unit works but I'm still really dissatisfied so far.
