Wonderful product I use almost every day. So good, in fact, that we have two. One less pressurized and another more pressurized for different purposes. Its an incredible tool for fascial flossing (personally fond of lauren roxborough's program) and relaxing your musculature, fascia, perhaps an unintended adjustment and overall connective tissue network. Works like a charm and a household staple. Highly recommend. (Please note: other inflatable balls on the market didn't work as well. This one does the job well).

Great product! I have Lauren Roxburgh's first book, foam rollers, and got the Body Sphere to add to my collection. The program and concepts are great on their own or to enhance other fitness regimes. It helps to massage the fascia, streamlining the muscles, making everything look better. And for those that have an office job and sit away a desk all day... it's a terrific way to address lower back pain, hunched shoulders and overall aches and pains. There are key exercises specifically designed for the ball. It's a great size. Pump was included and having the needle contained in handle... genius. Can't wait to get Lauren's new book coming out in May!

I got this ball to go with the exercise videos from Lauren Roxbourgh that can be found on youtube etc. I already have a large collection of exercise/massage balls but I wanted to make sure I get a ball with the correct texture and density. I am glad I got this one. It is well made by Ledraplastik in Italy, a company known for making quality fitness products. It is important to me that this was made by a reputable company rather than somewhere with low quality standards. After all, this will get in touch with my skin and I am trying to treat do my body a favor with these exercises. The ball is different from any of the other balls that I have. It is a lot more substantial than a Pilates ball or my Courageous ball. It is somewhat similar to my Yamuna gold ball but a little smaller and quite a bit softer. The ball is expensive but I'd rather pay a bit more for quality that lasts. And it comes with a pump!

I tired to order a less expense ball that you had to blow up with a straw. No thanks. Not worth it. The pump and the cleaver way they hide the needle in the pump so you’ll never lose it perfect. Works great and the ball doesn’t have that strong plastic smell.

My ball was delivered without the needle to pump it. Bummer

I actually enjoy this. It’s a great way to help stretch out different areas of my body at the end of the day. I’m deducting one star because when it arrived, where the ball was folded it left a light discolored fold mark so it’s more of a cosmetic issue.

Can you get you get similar yoga balls cheaper? Yes. But they won’t be this one. I have hypertonic pelvic floor dysfunction so my pelvic floor is basically a taut rubber band 24/7. This ball is specifically made to help with pelvic region issues and you can tell. The size is perfect and the creator of the ball has a guide for using it to get the most of it. I often just sit on it or use it to take pressure off my lower back while laying on the floor. It’s been extremely helpful!

I bought the Body Spear to practice the exercises featured in the book "The Power Source" by Lauren Roxburgh. I was impressed by the quality of the ball and the design of the pump was superbly engineered. The Body Sphere with the book was the best purchase I've ever made!

Amazing. The release from my pelvic floor is amazing. I had no idea it needed releasing for the longest time. Quality ball.
