Q: Does it same size? i saw the black write 500 milliliters and only 8.8oz

Not sure exactly what you are asking. I bought the black 500ml is same as 2 1/4 cup or 17.9 oz. Hope this helps

Q: Can this pour coffee into a cup without dribbling? We pack our thermos in the car and current Thermos brand dribbles on car & clothes.

My husband says this is the best thermos he has ever had. And yes you can pour coffee into a cup without it dribbling all over the place and it keeps the coffee hot a lot longer than the other ones that he has used over the years.

You may have to contact Stanley directly and I believe it has a lifetime warranty.

Q: Does this lose heat as you drink from it throughout the day? I want to have hot tea from 8:30 AM till 9:00 pm.. wondering if this will do the job

In order to have things stay hot that long, the night before or at least a few hours before you fill it for the day, boil water and fill it with that boiling hot water and it will heat the thermos, and temper it. Dump the water right before you fill it with whatever hot item you want and it will stay hot for a long time.
