Jumbo Pro hair curlers from Wrap Snap Go

Having a problem with thin find hair? These are an easy and comfortable solution.What I've tried: when receiveiving these, bend and snap before using them for the first time. I'm 75 years old and accustomed to the original Wrap Snap and Go. Too many years ago they offered what I needed. The larger size offers more lift and adds body to thin hair. I added a fine mist of Garnier Fructis hair spray to the hair roots before rolling. Comfortable night and exactly what I wanted when curlers were removed. Instead of using the pattern suggested, I tuck the hair from the sides toward the middle (Mohawk style) for each of the five section. Easy waves and curl that lasts all day. I am absolutely delighted with the results!

These hair curlers do what they claim to do, but I feel like critical information is missing for someone to end up with non puffy, frizzy curls. Maybe this is just a fine hair person problem. They are fairly easy to put in your hair but what are you supposed to do to your hair before you put the curlers in and after you take them out to end up with lasting, smooth, curls and no jagged kinks of hair near your scalp? Also, one of the curlers in my set is missing a snap so I can't use it without bobby pinning the ends together. I do think the curlers are soft enough to not be a huge nuisance when you sleep/lay down. I want to use this project more but I don't understand how to get the results I'm looking for!

Tried these out back in 2019, because my flexi rods were causing breakages and hurt to sleep in. These do a great job are soft to sleep in and do not cause breakage. Note because these are cloth and soft you can’t really roll your hair tight to the root. So if you have natural kinky hair that is flat ironed like me, when you use setting cream etc use only a little or your roots will revert.

I have a lot of long wavy hair that is FRIZZY. I put these in at night on completely dry hair and sleep overnight. They sometimes come out overnight with any tossing and turning but I'm not looking for perfect curls. I wake in the morning to smooth hair with lots of curl. I do NOT use any setting lotion or hairspray so curls tend to loosen throughout the day but I love these. So easy for us "au naturel" women who are not interested in spending a lot of time on our hair - or who would rather not cause damage with curling iron/hot curlers. I would highly recommend. Also, you can toss these in the washing machine. If the foam inside does flatten out over time, it still doesn't interfere with how well they will curl. I have another set of these where the insides is pretty much nonexistent and still curls my hair great.

The snaps are tight. But they hold my hair in place and don’t bother me at night. Fine to sleep in and I wake up to bouncy curls that last. I wish they had different sizes because I’d love some thicker ones.

I like the jumbo size but the curl is not any better than the curls I get with another set of curlers that I have that are smaller.Actually, the only complain I have is that the wire inside is too short for the length of the curler. This makes it hard for the curler to stay firmly on the head. They feel very loose on my head. They are comfortable enough to sleep on. If they had put in a long wire the length of the curler I would have rated it a 5.

This is a good idea with poor materials. The foam used in the curlers now have a permanent depression on them after only a few uses. They are nearly broken in half after the first 3-4 times I've used them. Those old cheap pink foam rollers that some of us grew up with lasted WAY longer than these expensive fabric covered versions. A total waste of money.

I wash my hair at night and partially dry it. These curlers make just the right amount of curl and they are very comfortable to sleep in. I used the smaller curlers from the same company when my hair was shorter but as it grew I looked for something similar only larger. I was really glad to find these rollers.
