Not value for money
I have used the Jabra speak 410 speaker for ~3 weeks now. I bought it because my ears started aching due to wearing headphones all day long. This does serve the purpose of freeing up the strain on my head. However, there are a number of downsides making me give it 3 stars. Pros: 1. There is no setup or software to install. Just plugin the USB and it works. No learning curve as well. 2. For AWS Chime calls, I just hit the green button and it accepts the call, which is a nice feature. 3. I can speak and listen to calls without headphones, which is a relief when having back to back calls all day. Cons: 1. This is every expensive. I still bought it as it as affecting my health (pain in ears is annoying, distracting and reduces the focus on work). 2. The mic gain is low. I have shout to be heard or come within 1 foot of the device. Anything else and the other side can't hear me. 3. The mic is not omni-directional as they claim. There is an opening in the front and when I speak close to it, the reception is best. 4. The speaker volume is not that high. This is not a big deal as I don't need the conference call to be heard from far away, but if I want to use it only as a speaker for videos, then having louder sound would be good. 5. The description says it doesn't work when attached to USB extension cable, which limits the range severely. I don't have any specific comments on noise cancellations. Sometimes people on the other side of the conference call can hear street vendors and sometimes they don't. Overall, this is not good value for money.

Gesucht wurde eine Freisprecheinrichtung zum online zocken mit Freunden und für Onlinemeetings mit Kolleg:innen. Wir haben auf die gute Quallität von Jabra gesetzt, da wir diesen schon von der Arbeit kannten und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Sprache wird klar und deutlich an andere übermittelt, auch der Empfang ist super. Das Gerät ist täglich im Einsatz und lüft problemlos per plug&play. Einfach einstöpseln und fertig, egal an welchem Laptop/ PC.

Great for solo or when others join you in a meeting where you do not have standard conference equip available. No more huddling around the laptop speaker. Good sound quality and no reports of being tinny on the other end.

Je l'utilise pour des conf call tous les jours (Skype et Lync). Ergonomie impeccable, audio de grande qualité, micro très sensible avec une régulation du niveau de son micro (AGC) impeccable. intégration parfaite dans Windows. Un produit de très haute qualité.
