Q: Taking too long to shave; some parts do not shave! Got it a few months back, what's wrong?

Thanks for your question about this. This shaver should certainly be able to provide you with a great shave, however it might be good to adhere to the following tips in order to garner the best results. - Don't press down to hard; this will disperse the hairs flat across the face, instead of allowing the hairs to stand up straight so the blades can catch the hairs. - Move in circular motions; as that will allow the blades to approach the hairs from every side. Q: Just bought shaver and love it, but whats the turbo button achieve if thats what it is...any experiences anyone?

Hi there, thanks for asking. This product doesn't come with a turbo mode, but it does comes with a guard mode. This is the button below the power button. If you activate the guard mode to reduce the rotation speed of the shaver. Q: My Series 6000 wet &dry with smart clean system power cable does not fit the smart clean docking station

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. The cable that comes with your shaver is compatible with the SmartClean system as well. so that's very odd to hear.
