They are like a size small. They are of good material, but I recommend getting a size larger when ordering. Other than that, a good buy

Very comfortable, excellent workmanship, they are very durable hold up well, the thickness is just right, ordered an extra pair after m husband said it fit perfectly.

High Quality, Supportive and Comfortable
I've tried a number of brands, and these Goldberg supporters are the best I've found. I'm a 34 waist, and the medium fits snugly at the waist and hips, and feels very secure all-around without being too tight. The waist and leg straps are highly elastic and wide enough that they don't roll, and seem stay in place. Instead of constant adjustments, I found that I forget I'm wearing a jockstrap. After purchasing a 2-pack, I ordered more.

Rough seam
My husband really likes these. He says the support is great, but the seam in the pouch is very irritating. I've had to flatten the seam and sew some very soft jersey knit over the seam. After the adjustment he says they are perfect. Maybe the seller should look into a smaller, less bulky seam, and lining these. We've bought 4 pairs and I have made this adjustment to all 4.
