Easy to put together. Sturdy once tightened up, easy to use, very quite running, awaiting surgery so just using it for walking and fitness for now so not use full speed as yet. Decent incline, great functions quick buttons etc. Great value for money does everything you'd expect. Happy with my purchase.

The machine was very quick to assemble and I'm hopeless at following instructions. The control and presets seem to be extensive enough, but I wish you had more control over them. I would really have liked a way to pause a workout to catch one's breath or take a drink rather than just stopping altogether. Additionally I'd have like to specify a distance with the presets rather than just a time. IOW P4 over 5K rather than P4 for 45 minutes. But you can work it out with practice I suppose. The Fitshow app I find hard to use from my iPod that may be due to lack of experience, it does have a pause control but this doesn't work with this machine. The app doesn't have programmed settings so you have to control the speed manually. The Fitshow lite app does have training modes with presets I've tried out the 'simple' one and for a beginner its manic perhaps in a few weeks I'll try it again.It also came with a water bottle but this doesn't fit into the holders. Actually I don't have any water bottle that fits. So I'm not sure how much use these are.But first impression of the actual machine are good. Its quiet and compact not taking up a great deal of space. You'll need some experience on it before attempting the higher speeds though.Update: Having used this for about 3 months, I think that the distance/speed reports are inaccurate. If I'm walking/jogging outside and have GPS tracking on then my iPod gives a close approximation to distance travelled. IOW GPS says route 5.5K and iPod records 5.4K when on an arm band. If I'm using the treadmill though a 5.5K reading from the machine will be recorded as about 7K on the iPod. Additionally when outside on average I walk at about 6-7 k/hr. Setting this machine to 6k/hr I need to jog rather than walk to keep up with it. This doesn't really affect by rating of the machine as I take the iPod reading but it is a little irritating.

Great treadmill with fold up function for space saving. Good value and easy to use. Love the app download for fitness provided.

Was easy to assemble, But once using the equipt it feels very unstable under foot when doing anymore than a brisk walk. I feel it won't take the pounding of running. On the machine so haven't bothered.Also the free water bottle doesn't fit in the holder so pointless

So, wanted to do some indoor training ready for the London Marathon. This treadmill looked ideal, small, quiet, well priced and has an app. So I ordered it and it was delivered very quickly. Sadly up on inspection the box was damaged ( by the courier) as was the treadmill. I contacted Simon ( the seller ) and with my mechanical knowledge the damaged parts turned up within 48 hrs. Simon was great, good contact information, quick to reply and could not be more helpful, thank you SimonHowever…. When using the treadmill, my times and speeds just didn’t feel right. The treadmill connects to Zwift faultlessly. But speed just didn’t feel right. I purchased a Runn smart treadmill adapter ( this measures belt speed not motor speed ) and I was right. The treadmill is about 21% faster than it displays and transmits.So to summarise, good treadmill, great price, good quality and simons back up service is faultless. But remember to add 21% to your speed and distance if you want accuracy. Or purchase the Runn smart trainer module from Amazon is data matters to you. But once again, Simon and his team are great

I bought this for walking as I cant run. So far it has been perfect for what I need. Not sure about running on it though as the front is quite loose / shaky.But overall I'm impressed with it. Well woth the price.
