Pm Original Korean Hydrocolloid Acne Pimple Blemish Patch

Pros: For me, it works the best when the pimple is in stage 2-3 i.e redness (papules) or white pustule has formed. It sticks well and is premium quality. It is effective if you need a juicy pimple gone within a few days or want to reduce the size of a big pimple in few hours. Cons: it leaves a mark in the place the pimple was, usually dark and this doesn't go unless you're using serums like glycolic or niacinamide regularly. I do wish it was lightly cheaper because the pimple to money ratio is not very proportionate if you have a sudden breakout or cystic acne. It took me some time to figure out how to use it effectively. Initially, i didn't think it worked because I used it on comodogenic pimples and nothing really happened. When it gets full, it is quite obvious you have one on incase you are conscious of these things.

I have been using this product for about a month now and I can't say that the experience has been a wow experience. I have PCOD so pimples are an added bonus that appear anytime. I have tried all types of creams, topical medicine but none of them seem to make any difference. The patches avoid any kind of contact with the pimple as they act as as Barrier over the pimple and its the only benefit I could see. For me it takes atleast 3 to 4 days to see a small difference with the pimple patches but a few hours after removing the patch the pimple is back to its original size or it just bursts open.

Works like magic for only 1 pimple though, if many then it's difficult to spot treat them all. Good quality and quantity. 2 strips different sizes.

Doesn't work. I used a whole packet on 2 skin tags. It didn't work. Waste of money

Overall I would say these are the best hydrocolloid patches out there! I was purchasing the Cosrx patches prior to this as those are not bad as well, I realized that these patches have an added bonus as it has some nice herbal ingredients as compared to cosrx which have nothing in them and are just hydrocolloid. I feel that these patches suck out all the puss if used properly. Firstly, they work the best on white heads. If you see a white head, all you have to do is make a tiny hole on it with any clean sharp object and then place the patch on it. Through the opening all the puss oozes out and gets absorbed by the hydrocolloid. If you follow these instructions you will see how this innovative korean product actually works. Secondly, they work as a barrier when used on pimples without a whitehead. They protect from dirt and prevent further infections. They even work wonders on popped ones, as once your pimple is popped it becomes an open flesh wound and keeping them uncovered could lead to a serious infection and another huge pimple in the same spot. So I usually use them on all my pimples. I use these patches every night before I sleep and take them off the next morning, but I’ve used them during the day as well. It is almost undetectable if your pimple is on your cheek or forehead, but it will be more visible if you place it near a crevassed area like near the chin area or on the nose. I usually apply the patches after using my serums and moisturizer, but I make sure the skin is completely dry with the help of a hand towel before applying them because I’ve found them to stick on the skin the best if done so. Again, this is a very good product that I would highly recommend spot patch to others.
