I have an extensive karaoke collection, well, for someone just collecting and not owning an entertainment business anyway. I own well over 100 karaoke disc from many different companies. I also own the majority of all the Disney Karaoke disc. Some are hit or miss, the Lion King one sounds tinny, and the Lizzy MacGuire and Aladdin are too. I was actually not looking forward to hearing the karaoke versions of the Frozen songs by Disney because when they do their own karaoke, the quality is terrible, When I got this, I was also sad top see "Frozen Heart" is not on here, though I had a feeling it would be left off since it has so many different parts, but it would have been a nice inclusion over the Reindeer song. Minor quibble, and it is neither a positive or a negative. Overall though, I was presently surprised to actually see Disney took their time on this one and made sure the instrumentals actually sound like the sound track and aren't cheapy versions of the originals. All of them sound good, which was a very pleasant surprise, Especially since this is Disney's best film (in my opinion), since "The Lion King", it deserved a good karaoke treatment. I have used this at parties and at home, and everyone has enjoyed it thoroughly, I often record me or others singing them and play them back and they sound really good. I don't have any real complaints, overall, its a really good karaoke CD, and if you love the film, and the music and you have a karaoke machine, get it! God Bless ~Amy.

I bought this for a four year old who loves to sing. She also loves the movie. She loves it and sings to it all the time. Amazon had the best prices and the best delivery.

The singing machine was a gift for a would be singer - 5 years old - She loves it. The quality of sound is good. Top load not likely to break and the mikes (bought an extra one as there are two ports) are very clear. All around a really decent purchase - got my money's worth. Just hope that it lasts. Lights on it are enchanting for a small child rock star. And they can be adjusted or turned right off. The cd Frozen enchanted my little would be 5 year old birthday star and she sang along with it for hours. Her Mum loves me! :) One week later, still intrigued and it keeps her busy, creative and productive for hours on end - happily I might add. Words can be transferred to the tv and there is an accompanying booklet with all the words to the songs on the cd. Really good purchase to go along with the music machine.

Like I said in the title I really wanted to rate this one star... but not because its bad, but because my kids love it so much and don't stop playing it. I just want to warn the other parents out there that this may end up being the case with you too. As of right now, I feel if I have to hear "let it go" one more time, I may just have to let the whole karaoke machine go... right out the window. But its not their fault, this is a great CD, with good quality sound at a great price... The issue is my parenting... I was able to inform the older ones, but I cant seem to explain to the younger ones that you don't have to stick the microphone in your mouth and yell at the top of your lungs the 3 words you do know of each song. Yes it was cute the first 3 or 4 times... not one repeat number 43,756... its tearing me apart Lisa! So long story short this is a great CD, and a very good price, it shipped quickly and was package well. However, if you have kids already addicted to frozen... be prepared to hear this repeated to the point of insanity.

Karaoke CD+G, the G stands for graphics, the words appear on the screen and change color timed to when you sing them. The songs are the movie versions, complete with dialogue and pauses (rather long on "Do You Want To Make A Snowman" during the travel and death sequence of their parents). The music is a bit higher quality than the usual karaoke reproduction disks. I assume that the vocal tracks are not laid down by the original artists, but they are close enough in quality to make me not exactly sure. This is not the norm in ordinary karaoke productions. To see the graphics you need a CD+G player. A regular CD or DVD player will not do the trick. This would seem self-evident but from some of the reviews it would appear that not everyone has experience with karaoke disks. In conclusion, a very fine effort from Disney for fans of Frozen who wish to sing along in a more tradition karaoke setting. Hi. Forgot to mention that in the CD case is a booklet that includes all the words to all the songs. This is helpful for those of us who wish to memorize the words so as not to have to wait for the words to change color on the screen. Sometimes one can get a little behind the music waiting on the color changes. Or maybe that is just me. Anyway, enjoy!

I bought this and several others in the Disney Karaoke Series to add to my karaoke library. As with the other Disney Karaoke Series titles, it includes 8 songs, two versions of each, with and without the vocals (16 tracks total). Because I bought this only for the karaoke aspect (CD+G), I cannot comment on the vocal versions which are not sung by the original Frozen cast. "Song Are Solos, Duets, or Groups For Male and Female" 1. Do You Want to Build a Snowman 2. For the First Time in Forever 3. Love is an Open Door 4. Let it Go 5. Reindeer(s) Are Better Than People (guitar strums, like in the movie) 6. In Summer 7. For the First Time in Forever (Reprise) 8. Fixer Upper I think other than "Frozen Heart," the opening song from the movie, all the songs are here. The visual graphics and on screen lyrics are pretty standard (simple), but I've never seen karaoke that isn't. There are some odd bits of dialog, but nothing that takes away from the karaoke. Overall, we enjoy the songs on this disc and look forward to singing them often.

Good stuff

The Disney Karaoke series discs have become a firm family favourite in our household. This disc is probably the favourite of them all (for now anyway) It contains 8 instrumental tracks, (1) Do you want to build a snowman, (2) For the first time in forever, (3) Love is an open door, (4) Let it go, (5) Reindeers are better than people, (6) In Summer, (7) For the first time in forever (reprise) and (8) Fixer upper. As you'll see, this covers all the best songs from the film and is enough that my young niece has been able to learn the words to all of them. These 8 tracks then repeat with vocals, so you get everything repeated even if you don't have the disc on repeat (which I promise youngsters will want you to!) The vocals work on the screen well, and are clear to read and follow. Overall, if you love Karaoke and Disney you will LOVE the latest in a great series of karaoke discs. Highly recommended.

Warum ich diesen Artikel gekauft habe? Ich liebe die Disney Film-Musiken und Frozen macht da keine Ausnahme. Ich singe gerne zu Disney Filmmusiken und dafür ist diese CD gedacht. Die letzten acht Titel sind mit Lead Vocal, so wie sie im Film vorkommen, die ersten acht sind ohne Lead Vocal zum mitsingen. Sie lieben auch die Disney Film-Musiken und singen sie gerne nach, aber nur auf Deutsch? Kein Problem. Besorgen Sie sich den deutschen Text zu den Liedern im Netz und singen Sie halt zu der Karaoke auf deusch Ihre Lieder, das geht problemlos.
