Flush Mount Fan Looks and Works Great
We have low ceilings in our home and needed a flush mount with no light. After looking for a while I came upon this fan and decided to give it a try. My son the handyman installed it with no problems and it looks great. We are very satisfied with the ease of use of the three speed pull chain that gets the air moving and makes a big difference with little to no noise. We are so pleased with the results and the quality for the price.

Excellent low profile fan
I have to admit, Amazon is not generally where I first think of looking for a ceiling fan, with so many box stores around. But none of said box stores seem to have a fan that mounts like this one does, pretty much as close as possible to the ceiling. Installation was very easy, following the instructions. The only place the design was somewhat lacking is in how the blades are mounted to the blade holders. The instructions say to force the blades down over three wing nuts that are already pre-installed on the blade holders, then rotate the wing nuts 90 degrees to lock the blades to the holders. The problem with this approach is the cutouts in the blades are not quite large enough to go over the wing nuts (at least not without a lot of unintended "material removal"). I think a much better approach is to just remove the screws holding the wing nuts completely, put the blades over the plastic inserts, then re-install the screws and wing nuts (with the wing nuts rotated to keep the blades on). Once installed, the fan itself is very quiet, well-balanced, and looks good.

I've installed ceiling fans before and this one was by far the easiest to install. Took just under 2 hours from start to finish and I did this on my own with no help. Final result...looks great and works well. I can easily recommend this product!
