Apex Legends - 11,500 Apex Coins - PC Origin [Online Game Code]

For those that are having issues receiving their coins once redeeming the code. These are ORIGIN codes and require you to launch apex from the EA App/Origin for them to be awarded. It's a strange quirk since the inception of Apex but I've always kept an EA install just to get my coins.

Bought four individual codes for $100 each, each code stated was redeemed and showed the correct amount on 4/2/24. Login through the EA play app after redemption, codes do not show up. wait the required 24 hours per EA's website, created a ticket with EA. EA states per their help policy that I need to go back to amazon. Between 4/4/24 and 5/3/24 I spoke with EA support 4 times, each time I was told to go back to amazon. During this same time period, I spoke with amazon support 6 times, I was told a ticket was created 3 different times, spoke with 3 different supervisors. 2 supervisors told me a ticket was being escalated to EA to find out the status of the ticket, the 3rd supervisor on 5/3/24 advised that there never was a ticket created and it's beyond their scope of support and i need to go back to EA. Basically I am out $400 do not purchase through scamazon.

I've always been against in-game currency and micro transactions, etc. Apex Legends is a game I recently started playing and I liked it so much that I ended up buying Apex Coins. It became a bit of an addiction to open packs. I got an Amazon gift card and put it towards this. Fast delivery and easy redemption.

Purchased about a month ago code redeemed but nothing went into my account, Spent a month contacting amazon who blamed EA and said to contact them. Which I did only for EA to say the same thing while both companies did absolutely nothing to actually help, contacting customer support is a waste of time they just say they will contact on your behalf and always to wait 2 business days to be contacted back. They never once contacted me back in the entire month of me contacting them so im going to eat the cost as there is nothing I can do. Both EA and Amazon are useless

I know what you're thinking...Wow I can buy coins through this card and sent it to someone else, or maybe even save some $ because I can use my Amazon Prime cashback credit card. DON'T. There's a chance you will redeem the code and not even get the coins at all and have to go through hurdles just to get a refund and you may potentially not even get one at all!The way that microtransactions are done in Apex is so rudimentary they can't even offer support or help through EA, their own publisher, if you purchase the coins through a CARD. Save yourself the headache, just buy the coins on EA app.

I bought the code, took over 24 hours to get the code, then when I used it, it said "Success". It's been over 2 months and it STILL HAS NOT been sent to my Apex account. So DO NOT BUY THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's a waste of money and SCAM by Amazon. In addition, I contacted both EA and Amazon support. EA says since it was Amazon you can only go through them. So I went to Amazon, proved everything and they said they wont refund.
