I bought this because I have changed my old iPhone into an iPod to use in the car (along with a bluetooth transmitter).This connected straight away (as soon as I pushed one of the buttons…bing!)Now you have to know, obviously it doesn’t alter the volume of the radio, but allows you to change the phone volume (which increases the volume output on the radio), this along with being able to skip tracks is all I needed it for…. Nice little item.However the elastic bands that come with it are too “short” to secure it to my steering wheel so I just tie wrapped two together….bingo, fits.I can’t comment on how well it works when used with a phone to make calls as that’s not how I use it.Hope that made sense. 👍

I was worried it might interfere with driving but it doesn't. It takes a few seconds to connect each time you start the car but overall it's a good product. Also, I like that is square and not round like all the other brands. It connects to my Pixel phone to snap photos. I hope TUNAI continues to make these remotes.

I wasn't able to find any review/Q&A about whether this device would support rewind/fast forward on audible, which is my main requirement, because those who listen audiobooks would know, you can either FF&Rewind a few seconds in the app or move between chapters.Audiobook chapters can be lengthy, sometimes hours long, so a button that moved between chapters was no good for me. What i required was that it utilised moving a few seconds back and forth.So i took a punt and got this on lightning deal, and to my delight, I can confirm that it does indeed Fast Forward/Rewind on audible. I did a very short and quick test, and I don't think it moves between chapters, which is not an issue for me at all.On the likes of youtube and youtube music, it skips to next/previous track/video instead of fast forward/reverse so it seems to work different depending on the app. I've not tested it with a music app yet.The quality seems VERY decent, there's a very strong magnet behind it which lets it sit on the housing supplied, and I've installed it to my bike's handlebar using the mid size band, which was just the right size for tension required. The magnet strength gives me confidence that it won't fly away during a motorway run, but it's yet to be tested.The packaging was top notch, with well laid out instructions for iphones/android, and all accessories were nicely packed in little sachets as can be seen on the photos.I can't comment on it's waterproofness, or how easy/hard it would be to use with motorcycle gloves but time will tell.One small gripe is it seems to need the first ever play on audible to be initiated from the phone itself, but afterwards it happily pauses/resumes the book fine.Overall, exactly what i needed!

Bought this to use with my Atlas Shockwave Bluetooth audio kit.Anyone who has bought a Shockwave will know that the controls are on the back of the helmet so impossible to use while riding.Bought this on the suggestion of another rider but was dubious that it would work, especially with Motorcycle Gloves on.So.... setup was simple as hell. Just turned it on and found it on my phone. I then attached my Shockwave to my phone.No issues at all with connection.Now many people will say that it's hard to control with gloves. I use Alpinestars GP gloves. The only issue I found was the middle control buttons were hard to get with gloves on so pausing or answering a call might be an issue. Controlling sound or changing track isn't as the buttons are on the outside and easier to press.Haven't used it in anger as the weather has been poor but wandering round the house it has worked a treat!Connection to the Motorcycle is via a magnetic pad and a thick rubber band. I have yet to use this on the road but looks really sturdy and it sticks to the pad well.

I mounted this to my motorcycle handlebars and it worked more or less OK with gloves. The buttons are small and sometimes you have to press several times to get it to work. I've spent up to 10 minutes trying to get it to connect with my smartphone with bluetooth, that's the biggest problem, and that it has now broken because all electrics these days have built-in obsolescence. It lasted just less than a year so now I'm looking around for an alternative.

I'm using this to listen to podcasts before sleeping at night. Fortunately for podcasts the back and forward buttons do what I want (ie skipping ahead and forward 10 seconds, rather than to the next podcast). I can stop, go back, adjust the volume etc. It also feels sturdy, it has a replaceable battery.It's so convenient being able to do this without having switch on my phone at night. The buttons are raised so you can feel them in the dark.You can connect bluetooth earphones at the same time.The price seems a bit high, probably you either pay for build quality or low volumes shipped.Sadly for youtube videos it can't be used to skip forward / backward 10 sec or skip an ad.

Super expensive, it needs resetting and repairing every year. I have had it for 2 years. It works fine apart from the pairing issue.Long life battery
