Universal Nutrition Uni-Liver, 500 Tablets

One of my all-time favorites. It is really hard to review an everyday, foundation type of supplement as those generally tend to show their benefits gradually over time rather than suddenly and dramatically. However, I can tell a difference in recovery time after just a few days of starting to take these again. What this equates to, for me, is that I can either train higher volume per workout or reduce my rest days to one per week before starting my split over again. Where this product really benefits me the most is when I am in a decent calorie deficit. I was recently leaning out a bit and was probably around 1000 calories under my TDEE. My energy levels were killing me despite being on some stimulants, and upon examining my diet I could see that I was getting nowhere near enough iron. Adding in 12-16 of these per day had my energy levels back to where they should be fairly quickly. Another way I use these is by carrying 6 of them around with me at work so that I have nearly 20g of protein on hand (3.2g per two tablets according to manufacturer) incase I do not have time to sit and cook up a snack. This is just one of those all around solid, basic supplements that I believe anyone can benefit from. I remember being able to pickup a 500 tablet tub for about $20 back in high school, though, so if the price continues to creep up there it may get to a point where the cost:benefit ratio is just too high for me. Until that day I will keep these on hand though as a good everyday support formula.

Used this for years for general use and endurance racing. I never got tired, had killer endurance and recovery. I follow no regimen. I just take a couple here and there. Some days I forget, some days I take maybe 3-5 three times a day . You are basically eating high grade liver, without the nastiness. My hematocrit was at the top end of normal range for men. On a side note, this is an excellent treat for dogs too. I always get compliments on my dogs healthy, athletic stature.

I have used Animal products for years, and have tried almost every one out there so I had to try these. I used about 6 tubs of them. They are great for your health and are an easy way to get extra protein in throughout the day. I suggest these for anyone looking for liver tabs or just extra protein. Great buy!

These are basically muscle pills. Liver tabs are the most effective supplements for protein synthesis. You will make serious gains after a few weeks of taking these. General rule is one pill per 10 pounds of body weight. The intel on the nutrient content is vague but if you do the math you basically get 69 mg of leucine per tablet, which is the main amino you really need. For body building, this product is the best bang for your buck and it's great quality.

There are only two perfect foods on earth, eggs and liver. If don't take any other supplement, then this is for you. Great for energy, vitamins, and protein. You don't have to like liver in order to reap its benefits.

There’s nothing good about the flavor, but the value and feeling you get taking these tablets are 10 out of 5 stars; no that’s not a typo. They are that good when taken correctly.

Not sure if I’ve gained any muscle but it’s helping me down below in the hardness of my Johnson🍆 ever since I started taking the supplements my girlfriend commented how hard I am!
