I don't know what's in this, but it works great.
I was ready to trade my white sink for a stainless one until I bought this. I used to have to bleach my sink every day; it would get stained. Now, I use this product once a week, and the sink stays stain free for a week or more. It must put a protective wax coating on the sink and clean it at the same time. I love how it works and I don't have to have the house smell like bleach all the time. The name is confusing because it's made for white sinks as well as colored sinks. I would never have tried it if I hadn't read a review that mentioned how well it worked on the reviewer's white sink.

Excellent cleaner for most stains
I have a Biscuit-colored Blanco Silgranite sink and the Blancoclean *Colored* Sink and Surface Cleaner does a nice job of removing most stains and hard water deposits. As another reviewer said, this cleaner is a little pricey for daily use, but I have found that I can use Blancoclean intermittently -- weeks, or months apart -- and it still does a nice job on the sink. The cleaner's easy to apply and its viscosity causes the cleaner to adhere to the surfaces instead of flowing down the drain, so if I haven't used the cleaner for awhile (months, in my case), I can pour it on generously and leave it for several hours to do its work. I just make sure that I've wet the sink down well before applying the cleaner. That way the cleaner stays wet, ensuring that it will continue to work for as long as I leave it.The following cleaning information came from [...]: For calcium deposits you can use Lime Away. For really tough stains you can use Bar Keepers Friend, baking soda, or vinegar. You can also use a solution of 50% water and 50% bleach, letting it sit for one hour -- but only as a last resort. [Coffee drinkers might prefer using one of these options if the sink is not to be cleaned daily, or if the coffee isn't poured directly into the drain.]For those who've got the stainless steel sink: We made the mistake of buying the Blancoclean *Stainless Steel* cleaner also, and that doesn't work well on the Silgranite sinks.

Excellent product
I have a new dark brown Blonco sink and, because of the color, did not want to stray from the recommended cleaning product. It is a large bottle that will last a long time. It does not take a large amount of product to clean the sink and did nto leave any white residue on the brown sink. Very happy with it at this point; I have only used it a couple of times so far.

**READ Before using this product on your SILGRANIT Sink***(not for use on Dark Cafe Brown or Anthracite(Black)**
Blanco makes great sinks, and the SILGRANIT II is no exception. Though do read Blanco's website on cleaning this type of sink first because there is specific notes/comments on what can be used on their "Dark Colored Sinks" like the Anthracite(Black) or the Dark Cafe Brown. We stick to using the Barkeepers best friend products. Here is the URL for Blanco cleaning of their sink types [...]We have had our Anthracite(Black) SILGRANIT II Sink for three years now and it still looks Great!

worked for me
I have a black granite composite blanco kitchen sink which, in the five years since we installed it, has been gradually whitening (which I ignored.) However, recently I was cleaning out a peanut butter jar for recycling and left it in the sink. My only guess is the fat from the peanut butter stained my sink quite clearly white. I don't mean it looked like a bleach spot just that over the black granite was a whitish stain. I couldn't remove it with soap and water and as you know if you own this type of sink - you can't use bleach on it, or a steel scrubber. I knew this product existed, read the mixed reviews on amazon, googled for home remedies and then just decided to buy the product. All I can say is - it worked for me! It removed the stain left by the peanut butter with the first application and, after a few applications over the next week, removed the white water marks left from day to day use. I am a rule follower and did "use as directed" on the bottle. So, I do recommend it.

Blanco Clean
They have re-formulated this product which I have used for years. It does virtually nothing as far as removing stains. I called Blanco and was told this is the NEW formula. Told them how disatisfied I was and the lady suggested I try Soft-Scrub with Bleach. Unbelievable the results were amazing, and at about a third of the cost of Blanco Clean. They have lost my business forever!!!!! Avoid this product

Works Great
I purchased this to clean my Blanco Bisqit colored sink. I have tried a few other cleaners but they failed to remove the stains. This product worked great with minimal effort. The liquid has the consistency of liquid soap and has a white pearl like appearance. I poured a small amount onto a sponge and then gently wiped the surface.

Stone Sink Cleaner
This product was recommended for use with my stone sink. It's not a great cleaner, and you have to use a lot of elbow grease if there is a stain. The opening in the cap clogs so much that I don't even use it anymore. I would not recommend this product. Barkeeper's Friend cleans better, and for stains filling the sink with water, adding a little bleach and letting it sit for 10 minutes is the solution.
