ScanpanClassic 8-Quart Covered Casserole

I love this pan I use it almost every day. It is huge, I wasn't ready for how big it was. Perfect for sautéing, making soups and stews. I steam vegetables in it. I make Bolognese in it and skillet lasagna. Nothing sticks to it, everything sears well in it. I can't stress enough how awesome scan pans are.

This product line by scanpan is all 5 starTakes up to 500 ⁰, can use metal utensils (May leave inconsequential slight marks, which 'go away' after a few cleanings).Cleanup is a breeze, like doing a dish - nothing sticks to it, we have tried everything.We now have 6 scan pans, and everyone is charactized by great design and v well made - worth the $.They seem to heat up slower than all clad, but a small issue.How long will the stick free surface keep?That remains to be seen.A great product.

I purchased my first Scanpan about a year ago. Since that time, I am slowly replacing 40-year-old Calphalon skillets, and other cookware in two houses with Scanpans. I love the shape of this pot. I bought it to replace the same size soup pot. I wasn’t sure at first if I was going to like this shape, but I have found it very versatile. I absolutely love it. One of the things I love about Scanpan is you can use metal utensils with it if you wish. Also, it is so easy to clean. Many of my skillets I simply wipe clean.

We own quite a few Scanpans and cannot say enough about them. Cooking is a pleasure with the no stick surface. They clean up like nothing you have used before and look as new as the day we bought them. We like them so much that now we buy scanpans for all our family members as birthday and Christmas gifts.

initially was good. non-stick, very impressed. within 3 mos, food started sticking despite taking care of it per scanpan's instructions. amazon wasn't able to help. will need to see how scanpan honors their lifetime warranty. disappointing for a pan that cost almost $200. cheaper pans have lasted longer.

This is my latest ScanPan purchase and I am so very pleased with it! It's the perfect size for making big pots of soups and stews. So easy to use, so easy to clean1

You won't be sorry if you buy this one! We've used them for years and have never had a problem.

The food that comes out of it is good so I guess it's doing its job! My wife says it's her cooking, but I think the pan may be magic...Don't you need a magic pan?

I bought this to do casserole over slow heat. It is a great size and holds the heat evenly. Highly recommend.

Totally non-stick with the legendary mix of titanium and ceramic. Can't understand why it is not guaranteed for life as in America. Heats evenly, very responsive to changes in heat settings. Hob or oven. Only one puzzle. Why is the scanpan logo on the lid done with a sticker that comes off?

Would have been 5 stars but for the fact it does not fit in the aga !!
