These pills really are a God Send. They've worked for me for several years and I don't go without them in my pantry. I am gluten intolerant and if I do eat gluten my belly bloats and its very uncomfortable . I usually take two-three a day, and it will keep you regular. Sorry TMI. But they work for me very well.

This is only my 2nd day of taking this colon supplement. It does help with bloating and helps formed bowel movements. I hope it is cleansing my colon and removing waste and toxins. It is a little too early to tell if I have increased energy yet. A serving size is 2 capsules a day. There are only 15 servings or 30 capsules per bottle. In my opinion, this product is a little pricey. That about sums it up.

I have ibs c for 7 long years now after a bout of food poisoning. Never went away. Struggle every day with it to the point I had to quit my corporate America job. I’ve been on linzess and all the others I won’t mention. Tried about 25 different supplements as well. . All stop working after a few weeks or month. Gave this a try after reading glowing reviews especially from people that have ibs c..What a crock. It did absolutely nothing. Not even a gurgle. No urge, no nothing, no cramps. Zero. It’s as if I was taking a placebo or a vitamin c.I read the bottle ingredient and it says it contains senna which is an intestinal stimulant like sennakot or ex lax etc etc. Thing is the ingredients say 1,005mg of total of all ingredients. There’s like 13 ingredients in each pill and it doesn’t say how much senna is in them. There could be 1mg of senna in each for all we know, and the rest a bunch of slippery elm bark leaves. There isn’t enough senna in them to do anything.. The reviews that says they do nothing in my opinion, are true and why there are no returns. I tried them for 10 days. I had to take trulance, a daily prescription after I took these, because these didn’t do a thing. I didn’t try 2 a day because I can’t take senna in the morning as I wouldn’t be home when it hits you. Plus the fact taking 2-3 a day, like some others took, would make this bottle last 9-14 days. There’s 30 in a bottle. There is a reason why they don’t have a money back guarantee like all the others and no returns. They don’t work. The rest of the reviews being negative are correct. Don’t read the most popular reviews. Those are the oldest and first ones. Read the latest/newest reviews. Most are 1 star and say same thing I am. Did nothing.

It worked well in the beginning, but stopped being as effective after a month of occasional use.

Update: I'm editing my review because I received a message from Dr. Bo himself, he gave me reasons and suggestions to try and I definitely am going too. I've never received such amazing customer service and that definitely warrants 5 stars!I have been taking this for over 2 years now and up until above 3 mo ths ago it was working perfectly and the only thing I have ever tried that has made me have regular bm's. I never had any cramping or discomfort with it. I haven't changed anything so I'm not sure why it's not helping anymore. I've tried increasing my dose but that hasn't seemed to help either. I just ordered another bottle (said I have purchased this 27 times) to see if I go back to normal but if I dnt then I probably won't purchase again. I don't have any older bottles but I'm wondering if the ingredients have changed at all
