This has benefits for short-term memory & cognition some actual scientific studies (by real medical researchers and reproduced in several peer-reviewed journals like JAMA) find . Studied as anti-alzheimers preventative medicine. Antioxidant and other benefits. It is still under study and not yet approved as a medicine. For me, it gave noticable short-term memory improvement. Not a wonder cure, but I recommend it. I use ~5 drops each morning.

Im starting with 2 stars because the product doesnt claim to smell. This has only the faintest smell of terpentine. When i opened the amazon box i smelled christmas and was super excited. But it was only a whiff and then nothing more.
