I had just bought a used 2012 VW GTI. The car itself is in superb condition but the key fob looked like its spent the last 7 years sharing a pocket with thumbtacks and sandpaper. It was pretty beat up and worn. I bought this cover because it matched the color scheme of my car and it is a complete cover. I have a push start ignition so I liked that it covered the flip out key. I noticed that without that little black piece the cover doesnt seem as "solid". It would still look and work fine as a cover though. Just a consideration for those of you without push start.The feel of it is nice too. It's like a soft rubber/vinyl. The button placement is pretty exact as well. I have had zero issues like having to press in a certain spot or press down hard. Nothing. It just works.If your looking at this item and debating whether it's worth it. Just get it, you wont be disappointed.

I like this key fob! I am never a fan of the color red, but this one has captured me. The red fob gives my car a very personal taste and matches the interior lights of my 2012 Jetta. I like how it covers the panic button, as it was very touchy on my fob itself. The only thing I don’t like is how is is not all flush since the “metal key part” flips in and out.

Really nice, exactly as shown in pictures. The only issue I've had is the trunk button is difficult to use probably due to a lack of connection between cover and button. I've had this for 3 days and already had 2 people ask where I got it!I'mUpdate: I've had this for over a year+ it's still working and looking great!

The entire case is amazing. The colour is so vibrant and the overall make and quality is superb. I plan to get another one, maybe in blue for my spare key. 100% would recommend.
