Psilocybin: Magic Mushrooms for the Mind Kindle Edition

Joanne Hillyer is not only an excellent writer but she is also a great researcher. She packed more into this little book than most writers pack into a massive volume! I could not recommend this book more highly to anyone wanting to get a first hand introduction to the world of psilocybin mushrooms.

Just ok. Nothing in-depth. Basically a short survey of topics gleaned and repeated in various magazine articles elsewhere. Go for the science not the flash.

Don't waste your money on this very thin, insubstantial book. (I would actually call it a pamphlet, rather than a book). There is no information in this "pamphlet" that you couldn't get from a simple Google search or Wikipedia even!

Some good info but overall just a big summary. Doesn't seem like a lot of effort went into this book.

Feels like the author read a bunch of other books on the subject and just made notes to put in their own. Only mildly informative, and very repeatative. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone actually looking to learn.

I was interested in the subject and keen to know more about it. This book was a great foundation for knowledge on many topics surrounding psilocybin.
