I wear it on the same wrist as my Apple Watch with no problem.

Q: Can I take a shower with this bracelets?

Yes. I have the "men's equivalent" and I almost never take it off. Really, the only time I remove it is when I've gotten poison ivy and just needed the relief from the swelling. But, shower, bed, and swimming, yes, always on... Hope that helps.
