Giorgio Brutini Men's Thorton Boot

The first pair that was sent out had a lot of damage to the finish leather on top and at the heel detail. I sent them back because I could understand them getting that way after wearing them, but not out of the box. The next pair was great until I wore them. The first time out, they were immediately scuffed up with scratches on the sides and top. I'm not a heavy walker or rough on my feet kinda guy, I just think the material has a propensity to scratch easily. That said the look and comfort are fine but at the price, I think its a way too high considering the quality of the material. This is why I only gave it 2 stars. They have the right idea aesthetically, but its a poor choice in material.***I've now owned the second pair that has shipped out and the label reads leather upper/rubber sole. I went to Walmart and bought some two boot shines from "Kiwi" (1.98 each) One brown and one tan...I polished the shoes and the scuffs that are not gouges disappear and you get a nice classy shiny look.I've came back to this review because I wanted to give it 3 stars as opposed to the initial 2. Mind you, shining your boot may be cumbersome for those with tight schedules and/or a flat out inconvenience for anyone not familiar with how to.

This is a very nice shoe especially for the money. I can wear these ankle boots with jeans and even dress pants. Although this color combo doesn't really work with a suit.. I think they're a little too casual., I can wear them all day in comfort and that's saying a lot because I have a bad ankle, which is why I started wearing boots with jeans in the first place. The tan detail on the back and the stitching around the sole gives some really cool detail to the shoe, and i really like the look. It makes the shoe look much more expensive, and I get compliments every time I wear them. I'd definitely recommend.

I like Giorgio Brutini shoes, When I purchased these shoes, I looked at the picture and thought that it was a dark brown with a tan accent or a dark grey. The photography is lousy. Make sure you pay attention to the description and not let your eyes fool you. since I do not own a pair of grey shoes, I kept them anyway. As far as Comfort, they fit nicely.

Despite the picture, the grey/tan option is definitely grey and tan. Sure it looks dark brown in the photo... But it's not in real life.Style is nice though. The elongated, euro-influenced toe is classy.

nice boot my only complaint is that for me it's hard to tell what the true color the shoe is listed as grey however even in the sunlight they look brown

They're really good looking shoes. Excellent looking craftsmanship, it appears to be well made. I hope these are as good as the Brutini boots.

Pay attention to the color reviews. Color is not as shown. I did not pay attention to the color review and bought it thiking I was going to receive something like the picture but received a gray pair as is mentioned.

I was looking for a shoe like this for a long time but I could never get the right size. Finally, ordered this one. You'll get a nice leathery smell as soon as you open the package. It fits well and they are very comfortable. And the look? Awesome! Give it shot.
