Incredible product but flawed quality control for such an expensive pair or earphones
When these first arrived I was blown away by the craftsmanship and sound quality these can produce. For a truly wireless pair of earphones they sound incredible and I’ve trued a few, but these are one of the most expensive pairs available on the market today so it’s to be expected. The first pair I ordered suddenly stopped working, losing connection and volume for no apparent reason. My second pair has just arrived and although these seem to work perfectly (for now) the lid on the polished stainless steel case (that is stunning by the way) is extremely loose and rattles, I have no idea how long it will last and feels far less secure than first last case. These are a special pair of earphones that I want to cherish but the poor quality control is not acceptable at this price point and has sadly left a bitter taste. I wanted to love these, with a little more QC care (and a little more honestly about the real time battery usage) they could of been perfect.I enjoy listening to these too much to send the second pair back as long as they continue to work consistently, I’m just stuck with a dodgy case for now :-(If you are lucky enough to get a perfect pair of earbuds with balanced batteries and a charging case that is as solid as the polished stainless steel its made from you will be a happy customer. Otherwise you will be disappointed in one way or another

Good sound, but expensive
I bought the MW07 to replace my Jabra Elite 65T as I wanted more deep bass, and the reviews said these had lots of it.Turns out they are no better bass wise or generally sound quality wise to my 65T's and they cost 1/2 the price, and have better battery life. The case looks impressive at first but is a nightmare from the moment you handle it. The LED's on the front are good at telling you the charged status of the case and each bud. The stainless steel case is a fingerprint magnet, and scratches within minutes of use.I found the fit in my ear to be uncomfortable after an hour of use.Battery life was 2.5 hours. There is no phone app, so no EQ, or anyway to upgrade with fixes etc.I returned them and bought the Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless instead, they sound better, fit better, with the EQ set to 12 o'clock the bass is amazing, they sound nearly as good as my Sony WH-1000XM3. Battery life is better.

Shockingly bad battery life + Customer support couldn't care less. AVOID.
I must say I was quite happy with this pair of earphones when I first received them. The sound was really good, and they became more comfortable after a few weeks of usage. The isolation is made much better by replacing the earbuds with foam ones.As some customers already pointed out, it is well presented in its packaging, making us feel we're in good hands here, and that spending that much money on earphones is worth it.But the reality, as always, is a bit worse than that I'm afraid. For the first six months, it all seemed fine. I always used them for a couple of hours or so, so the "short" onboard battery life of 3.5h was not much of an issue. And then I started using them for longer periods and I noticed that slowly but steadily, the battery life was decreasing until now... when it can only work for a MERE hour of listening time if not less than 45mn. On top of that, it does this terribly annoying noise reminding you what stage the battery is - interrupting your immersion in the music. Therefore, only ONE year later after I bought them, the battery capacity was TERRIBLE when cheaper models of about the fraction of the price easily double or triple that.Full of hope that I still made the right investment, I contacted the customer service. After a few emails, it was made clear that they only do repairs on the battery ONLY THREE MONTHS after you buy the earphones. Passed this delay, you're on your own. Sayonara. Great...Of course, they KINDLY reminded me that this type of issue was a common problem with lithium batteries. Sure. But only a year after you bought them? Really? Come on. I paid almost three hundred quid for those!AND THEN, here comes the best bit... They suggested I could buy "replacements parts". "Oh. Brilliant!" I thought. I'm happy to pay just for the battery to be replaced... But... Hang on... What they call "replacement parts" is actually THE WHOLE EARPHONE AT £100. Meaning, replacing the pair COST AS MUCH as buying A WHOLE NEW PAIR BY NOW. (well yeah, the price dropped to £200...)And, to finish in style, they came up with a new model recently if you didn't know. Called the MW07 "Plus". Right. It's pretty much the same thing really. But there's ONE major improvement. Oh, already guessed? YES! IT'S THE BATTERY LIFE! It's about 10 HOUR! So in short, I paid for a DOWNGRADED MODEL so that THEY COULD LAUNCH A PROPER ONE THE FOLLOWING YEAR.Nice one Master and Dynamic. Nice one.

Breakups and Bass
I really wanted to love them. I've been waiting for good true wireless sets to come out. The build, packaging and fit are absolutely perfect. But the sound quality is a shame. Another reviewer called them "bass-heavy" but really the bass is loose and overwhelming, the tops are detailed but tinny and in the end, they just don't make nice music. The last straw is the cutoffs when you're outside. I have a note 8, so the signal should be strong enough. There's no excuse - if you charge like this, you have to deliver. For the same price as my Bose QC35s, it should be as good. They're going back.
