Apple AirPods with Wireless Charging Case

Most importantly they produce great sound.The one thing that concerned me before I used them was, they could drop out of my ear and I would lose one while out, down a drain or something! But they really do fit comfortably and securely.They connect to your iPhone or iPad in seconds by simply holding them next to the device and lifting the lid.They also connect to other Bluetooth devices, the newer the device the easier. This is slightly different, you open the lid and press the button on the rear of the AirPod case until it flashes white, this makes it visible on the device’s Bluetooth screen, where you can then press connect.You get a readout on your connected Apple device of the current charge status of each individual pod and the case.The case holds additional charge to start recharging the pods, even when it is not connected to a power source.A charge goes 4/5 hours, with the case apparently carrying 24 hours of charge, I have not had to test the latter fully.When the case is opened a light comes on. It is green to indicate that the case has plenty of charge, it is orange when it has less than one full charge left.The case and pods are charged by a lightning connector on its base, a lead is included in the box, they can also be charged wirelessly by a QI charger.Individual pods can be set up to have a ‘double tap’ function, I have my left one to call Siri and the right to pause/play. These have been a game changer. They connect to everything super quick. I have been an iPhone user since the second iPhone. The pods work seamlessly with IOS but since moving to Android it has also worked really well with my Android devices. I love how long the battery lasts and sometimes I don't even charge it and when the pods run out of juice just pop them back in the case and your good to go again after 15 min. These are ideal for literally anything.. Commuting on the underground/ travelling on holidays/ in the office or just watching youtube/ Netflix. Buy them now.. You need them!!! They're so convenient.02/08/19 - So I have been using these for a fw months now. Thought I'd update this review.Things to watch out for..# The case scratches with very minimal effort. Don't put it in the same pocket as your keys. Easily avoided with a cheap case.# Metal dust and lint gets built up on the inside lid/ rim of the capsule. There are dust guards available for a price, but I just use a small cloth to wipe away.# Although they are magnetic buds, putting them away is easy. When taking them out, be careful as I have dropped them on the street once and just narrowly missing the kitchen sink. They seem to fly out. Have to grip them good!Other than that all good. Still use them everyday! Battery life is still strong as ever.There are two apps I use on the Android to get a good Apple style experience. Download both AssistantTrigger and AirBattery. You can pay to go pro for a few quid but have a look if you need the extra features. There's tons of videos on YouTube to help you out.

I’ll be honest I had tried a couple of cheaper wireless products but they were uncomfortable wear and not brilliant sound quality for me.I like my apple wired headsets, which were comfortable, but as it’s mostly for meditating in bed I was at serious risk of strangling myself after waking up a few times with wires ones wrapped around my neck (hence trying the cheaper wireless ones).The AirPods really are perfect for me. The size is great for my small ears, they block out background noise - even my friends husband who is the loudest snorer I’ve ever heard despite being on two diff floors when I stayed over New Year!My expertise the battery life is great. However, have fallen asleep a few times with them in and there is quite a loud beep when it runs out of power which jolts me awake but that is ‘user error’ because I’m falling asleep with them in.Used them on a long train journey today, great performance and reduction of background noise.Don’t waste money on cheap imitations, save up and get these.

Amazing.I didn’t buy them for noise cancellation but at high volumes I happily cannot hear anyone calling me. Sound is great, surprisingly good bass imo. I love how durable these are. I’ve dropped them so many times in and out of the case and there is no mark or scratch they look brand new. Not only that I did happen to sleepily drop one into my toilet and even after it bathing in my toilet I was able to fish it out and it works perfectly fine. (I wiped it clean and used a bit of deodorant to make is smell a bit better) but yes they worked as new and still do. The battery doesn’t cause me any issues. I can go 3 or sometimes 4 days without charge.Bluetooth works fine, connects as soon as I put them in my ears and I can walk around my house without my phone and they stay at high quality. I really like the find my AirPods feature because if I manage to lose one it’s quick handy to find. Touch controls work perfectly well and so far I haven’t had any issues. Overall I totally recommend buying these and personally they look 100 times better than the new AirPod pros
