Excellent Product, EXCELLENT Customer Service!
I absolutely love this product! It was already installed when I moved into my house at this time. I’ve not used anything else since. It’s time was installed by a professional and when I replaced afterward, there were plenty of tutorials on the product website to make me feel confident in doing it myself. I had a small issue the last time I recently replaced and let me tell you, SEAN was amazing. As someone who has been in the customer service field for a LONG time, both as a team member and a manager, he has superseded my expectations. I’ve never encountered anyone who was kind and paid attention to all details. Because of Sean, you have a happy customer for life!

Excellent Customer Support and Product Reliability
We’ve been using iSpring products for a while now and are impressed with their performance. Recently, we needed a replacement for a couple of filter components, and ordered one set from amazon.com, but ordered the wrong set it turns out. We reached out to iSpring customer service, and I must say—the support was outstanding. Great customer service!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have an ISpring system. First one had a bad o-ring and leaked but Michele with customer service got me set up quickly with a new unit and new connections and that took care of the leaking one.

RO unit is great, support is great (nick)
where I live the water taste like sulfur and I won't drink it and I didn't want to keep buying bottles of water . so I got this ro unit and the water is fantastic ! I had an issue where my UV staying on and I called support and got a man named nick. he knew exactly what was going on and is sending out a replacement part. RO unit is great and service is also great.

Great product and super support if needed
I was getting bubbles in my water after replacing the filters and called the company to ask advice. I spoke to Sean who was exrtememly helpful and explaingin that it was normal for a while with new filters he offered to replace the filters anyway-what great customer service and my water always tastes really good!

Good product, sealed up well
Two of these (instead of one) should be included in the "1 year" filter replacement kits which contain 2 of all the other filters (except the RO unit). This has been quite bit of annoyance since I change all 5 filters (stage 1, 2, 3, 5, 6) on minimally used once a year and the RO unit (stage 4 I believe) every two years. So this causes me to buy one of these every two years (along with the RO filter).The unit arrived well packed was all sealed up and included a parts kit.I have to knock off a star for the annoyance of iSpring not including 2 of these instead of 1 in their water filter replacement kits.

Great customer service.
I've had an iSpring RCC7 since 2018 and it's been great. However, some of the older alkaline filters I received have had leaky seals, but their customer service is consistently fantastic and Sean helped me get replacements for the leaky alkaline filters. Their phone lines are only open during normal US-East business hours but that's because you talk to actual people based here in the US and they're very understanding. Would buy again!
