Not correct product ordered
I received it last 27th, means, just 14 days before. Used it for 3 nights only. Yesterday when I tried to use it didn't work even after putting 2 new batteries of Duracell and then with another set of new other brand. The remote didn't work. The AC is working fine manually. Hence, please refund MONEY or REPLACE with another new remote for Voltas Vertis Gold 1 Tr. A.C. which will work. Further, the product supplied was NOT the product which I ordered.
