Microsoft surface pro charger cable
So far I have no complaints and it works exactly as I would expect.

It causes programs to freeze while using it
I have been using this for a few month now. It is a little flimsy specially the magnetic end and from time to time, it would freeze all programs on my tablet unless I disconnect it. It is an odd issue but I have noticed it several times. I have noticed it spark when I accidentally touch the metal part of the tablet which makes the device unsafe.

I am very pleased. The item is fit for purpose and affordable priced.

Works but has a temperamental fit
The charging function is fine but the cable is very stiff when it connects to the charging interface with the PC. As such it will only stay connected plugged in one way and becomes disconnected without falling out with the slightest nudge.

Very poor quality
The charger lasted only a few weeks before the cable protection started to come apart and expose wires. Supposedly a 12 month guarantee but ignored entirely when contacted.

Poor surface end plug lead
Purchased in April 2023 through Amazon, end of June it stopped charging and with diagnosis the cable right by the flat plug that goes in the surface has a intermittent broken wire, so to charge surface you have to move the wire about till the light comes on. Unfortunately out of Amazon returns period and although it says its covered by 12 months manufacturers warranty (DKT) cannot find any contact details for them And the last photo of the product on Amazon states the lead is good for 30,000 wiggles, I think not.
