Great Inserts
These inserts are the only brand I use. I’ve bought these over and over again and they have proven to ease any foot pain. I walk about 7 miles daily and have been getting about one year’s usage out of these inserts. Originally, I went to a Running Shoe store and was fitted for this specific model. They are easy to use and I know that these fit my shoe (Hoka Gaviotta 5 in size 12) . They provide extra arch support way beyond what the standard Hoka inserts provide. They are thin so my shoes fit without any issues and my feet remain healthy and relatively pain-free.

Keeps my feet from aching even when walking for miles
Been using these insoles for years, and they're still the most comfortable ones I've found. I keep these in all my shoes. I can walk for miles and my feet don't ache at all. I initially tried these on in a shoe store, and I found the medium arch supports where perfect for me.

Best Insoles according to husband
My husband swears by these insoles. He says they make his shoes much more comfortable. He is flat footed and says they give the support he needs. They are not too thick and fit into shoes comfortably.

Works for me but expensive
I've use the CUREX insoles in multiple pairs of Hoka and New Balance running shoes. They are noticeably better for me then the generic OEM insoles that came with the shoes. I've also tried Superfeet. The CUREX insoles more are flexible than the Superfeet but I'm not necessarily saying better. I should try Superfeet again one of these days. So far I haven't had a repeat of the Plantar Fasciitis I had in one heal that took a year to get rid of, so I've consider them a necessary expense to this point. All the mentioned insoles seem quite expensive for the perceived construction. The CUREX XL size works for me in a size 11 running shoe but needs to be trimmed using the OEM insole as a template.Recently I've moved from Hoka to using the Brooks Glycerin 21 as my primary running shoe and the 21's feel fine with out the added insoles which has been a nice benefit.

Comfort
My Feet Thanked Me (They Also Cried Tears of Joy)I used to think my running shoes were just... shoes. Boy, was I wrong. These CURREX insoles are like a spa day for my arches, complete with tiny, supportive masseuses. My feet went from grumbling old men to energetic teenagers. I almost outran a squirrel today – almost! If your feet feel like they've been in a bar fight, get these. Seriously.

Great insoles for running with underpronation/supination
I've been plagued with ITBS on my left side forever. The issue mostly (apparently) stems from my hips, with a tendency to rotate externally too easily on the left side. So when I run, my left leg rotates externally, and my foot doesn't roll inward. If I use arch support or soft shoes, it will roll out and supinate.I have fairly normal arches and my feet are on the narrower side of normal, with a narrow heel, but most arch support shoes and insoles either hurt under the feet because the support isn't where it should be, or they push my left foot out more than it already does on its own, resulting in, well, even worse ITBS.I also can't run in very soft shoes with a rocker or narrow outsole, for the same reason. I need support for my heel, and something that won't let my leg open outwards.I've tried a million shoes, and half as many insoles. Most insoles on the market today are made for overpronation, have a lot of arch support and little to no heel support. Exactly what I don't need.Enter the RunPros. I've been running with them for two years. I use the blue (high arch) on the left side and the orange (medium arch) on the right side. They are super comfortable, and offer support while not really changing your gait much. They add a little cushioning under the heel, which for me is great because I usually run in fairly firm shoes with a low stack. Most importantly, the heel cup is deep and stiff enough that my heel feels supported and doesn't move. My left foot also doesn't feel like it's not straight in the shoe, unlike other insoles or support shoes. The insoles alone mostly solved the issue. I still use a small half-wedge under the left heel, but it's mostly optional at this point.Only negative, they're super expensive in the US, especially since I use two different models for one pair of shoes, and hard to find in store. Thankfully, I only need them in my running shoes.

Amazing inserts
I had problem with first delivery, but they made good on it. I used the shoes with the inserts for 3 different runs 5, 7, 9 miles run, I felt really good, no aches or discomfort. I have a rotation of shoes but looking forward to the ones with the insert the most.

Great Insoles
I have roughly 75 miles on these insoles so far. I bought them to replace a different brand of high arch insoles that I had worn through. I’m really liking these so far. They provide great stability and comfort. The arch support is great. They are easy to switch between my different pairs of running shoes. I will definitely stick with these going forward.
