not up to par
The recorder is slowing down at times. its a brand new cassette , so that s not the problem. I'd like to return it now doesnt work at all

Don't buy from this vendor.
I guess this vendor was trying to dump whatever inventory they had. I ordered one but got three and not a one of them works. A total waste of money, time, and a great disappointment.

It is a quality Microcassette Recorder.
I love it BECAUSE of it's sound quality and small size. I fits easily in my pockets and I can therefore record without anyone knowing - or asking why"I certainly recommend it to anyone, even music lovers.

Works great. I have a lot of little tapes my sister made. We lost her a few years ago, but now I can hear her voice.

Pretty good little tape recorder.
Seems to be good quality and has held up well. The built in microphone is not very good and sound quality is much better with an external microphone (duh). Bought this for my wife who did not like the digital recorders and she is happy with it. The mini-cassettes are expensive and hard to find, but we knew that before we bought it. All things considered, we are happy with this recorder (If she's happy, I'm happy.).

Keep your return authorization slip in your pocket.
It doesn’t work. I bought 3 in hopes to receive that works. I live in Panama City Florida where Hurricane Michael. My hand held recorders were all destroyed. I have purchased 3, none work.If you find a dealer that sales a unit that works I’ll but it.

Did not work properly
This was a unit listed as used, but billed as new but out of the box within the description.It looked fine when I received it. It also played and recorded well. But the rewind barely worked, then quit after about the 3rd try. Returned it for a refund, which Amazon promptly did by way of credit on another purchase.Gave it an additional star for the quality of the recording and playback it did do.
