Frame Company Drayton Range 10 x 8 inch Grey Picture Photo Frame with White Mount For Image Size 7 x 5 inch

I've brought from this company before and the item was great so I ordered some more frames for father's day presents for my dad and my uncles so that they can have the same picture framed. However the quality of the frame and some of the mounts were not great. However I am stuck as I have to give these as gifts now and have no time to go get more frames. Not really happy that the quality isn't great this time round.

The description twice mentions glass but the one I got was glazed in plastic. Needed it for a gift or it would be going back. Notice other reviews mention broken glass. I have heard there is currently a general glass shortage, due in part to 3 mega factories being closed for re-fitting in Europe, so might be that. One star as I spent quite a while looking for a glass glazed frame and I could have got a cheaper plastic one.

Cannot fault this company excellent customer service. I ordered an A3 frame with mount to put a family print in.When the order arrived on schedule I noticed the frame was damaged.There was a card in with package any problems to email them rather than amazon as it could be dealt with more quickly. I did this and very quickly they responded by asking for photo evidence of order and damage on frame. They emailed me back saying a replacement would be sent right out to me and they dont need me to send back damaged frame.Beautiful frame and mount so happy with my purchase i bought it to frame a family print and really good value for money and very sturdy.I will definitely be buying from here all the time now *****

It was most unfortunate that when the frame arrived, although very well wrapped and packaged, the glass had splintered in transit. Advice back through Amazon brought a quick response fro the Frame Company and a replacement glass arrived very soon. My son's picture of an American Bald Eagle now hangs beautifully from the lounge wall, perfectly complimented by a good looking frame. Well done the Frame Company!

Great frames complete with a thick mount to take an A4 size picture - The frames come with glass not perspex and are really smart looking just right for showing off artwork etc. Frames are well built and come with a stand attached. I recommend them.

Excellent product, not expensive and good value for money. Purchase several of the same colour to frame prints for the bedroom. One arrived with the glass broken but there was a helpful card in the package giving direct contact details of there was any damage. Contacted immediately and had reply same day, replacement glass arrived within two days, excellent customer service. You can order this product with confidence.

Bad quality. Recived frame and put a picture that I cherish into it and hung it on the wall using the hook at the back of the frame. After 5 mins I heard the smash....the hook completely came away from the back of the frame. Now my picture is covered in scrapes from the broken glass and the frame can't be used. It's so cheaply made and rubbish quality.

I bought this to reframe a professional photograph which had been supplied framed, but with no hanging hook. The frame has now made the photograph ready to hang on the wall. It initially arrived with the glass cracked, despite being well wrapped and boldly marked 'Fragile'. After contacting the seller, they replied promptly and with the choice of replacement glass or perspex, as the frame itself was in good condition. I chose a perspex pane which has now arrived and is in the frame. it looks good. I can't fault the frame or the service I received in replacing the glass.
