This product has a serious defect which causes one of the wheels to stop turning randomly. This has resulted in my child being thrown from the board, and incurred a fractured wrist due to this defect. I have contacted the seller for a refund, but shockingly they have refused to do so because it is outside of the 30 day returns period. They have offered to take the board and try to fix it under warranty, however completely failing to understand or care about the fact that my child is to scared to ride it (and I am too scared to let him), which makes the defective product supplied by this seller completely useless, even if we could ever rebuild sufficient confidence to use it again. Appalling response to a serious, dangerous and injurious issue. Irresponsible and callous. Avoid this seller at all costs.

Bought this hover board for grandson's birthday he is delighted with it . Had a problem with the first order due to the carrier the company dealt with this very well with the second order it was perfect ordered one day delivered the next brilliant. Would certainly recommend this company Hoverboard is very sturdy pleased with it don't know about battery but assume it will be fine

Bought this for my son and he absolutely loves it!! It feels very well made and sturdy the Bluetooth speaker sounds reasonable although we haven't tried the app or key fob yet but can't see us using that.The charger doesn't take too long to charge and battery life seems pretty good!

I brought this for my grandsons 8th birthday and safe to say he loves it as did the rest of the family. Amazing quality and looks exactly like the picture. The only issue I have is that it is so much fun I have now been asked to get one for all the grandchildren ( this is not going to be a cheap year for Santa 🤶 😂).

My daughter loves this! A huge hit in this house. I'm still trying to master my skills but it certainly is addictive... i would highly recommend to others.

It has a solid base, excellent battery and great speed. The only bad part is that the app doesn't work for this model and and remote control that comes with it works sometimes. Apart from that it's a good product and excellent seller.
