I recently started a work from home job and Use a computer nine hours a day mostly mouse work. Quickly realizing how wearing it is on shoulders, neck and arm, I began experiencing a lot of pain, even tingling in my fingers with the basic mouse that work provided for me. So I did my research and ordered a slew of mouses off Amazon to try out. This was the winner! I have small hands and this one fits perfectly for me. Other vertical mouses were nice but a little too large and actually put more strain on me having to move my hand around to the buttons. This one fits like a glove works smoothly and has a great sleek look for my white desk. I also think it has played a part in relieving strain in my hand and arm. I’m really happy about this find and the price of it so affordable!

Perfect right out of the box. Set up in seconds, and finally, comfortable to use! I don't have to hold my wrist up like the other ergonomic vertical mouse. (Pics for comparison with Anker and standard Logitech mouse.) I have chronic wrist pain from an old sprain, and I use my computer 100% of my day for work. This will be so nice.

So if you bought this because it is made by a Japanese company, you will be disappointed. Yup. It says right on the mouse that it is made in China. And I believe it, as I have only had it a couple of months, and already it has quit working several times. It's like it is very picky about how the battery sits in it. I thought it was totally broken, but after trying about 6 different batteries and messing around with it, I finally got it to start working again. This has happened twice since then--I have to readjust the battery. Super frustrating. Very China-type problem.As far as the ergonomics go, I absolutely love this mouse! I have a lot less pain in my hand, wrist, and arm than I used to. It's like my arm was twisted in an unnatural position before, pinching nerves or something. This "hand-shake" position is amazing! I may not buy this particular brand again (due to the Chine issues), but I will definitely buy another hand-shake-style one again. I will never go back to the old flat mouse...EVER!!!

I started having carpel tunnel with my traditional Logitech mini mouse I had been using for years. Tried the verticle Logitech but way too big for my small kid size hands. I am a small woman. So I bought this Sanwa 2.4G wireless ergonomic mouse and SO much better. I still am a little sore on some days when I am on the computer for hours days on end. But 90% better. Recommend this cheap mouse and have had not problems with it. Have had it a couple months with have used it for hours every day.

I LOVED this mouse. It was the perfect size for my smaller hands and really helped my wrist / hand pain issues. Sadly after the first month it started acting wonky. I had to get the battery to sit inside it just right and then added a piece of foam to help keep it in that position just so it would work. That worked well until today when it completely stopped working. New batteries didn’t fix the issue nor did any of the troubleshooting tips the seller has listed. Now it’s just a piece of junk for the trash. Due to it working less than 3 months I won’t be a repeat buyer.

I purchased this product Jan. and it's now March. It took me a few days to get used to it but I liked it until it stopped working after less than 2 months. I wish I could have used it for years. It just suddenly stopped working from one day to the next. New batteries, turned my computer on and off, took the USB off then back on ... then nothing! Just doesn't read it anymore. The return widow was March 3 and it stopped working maybe the last week of March. So now it's just trash... I loved the color options but wouldn't purchase again.

I liked the color, it's white pearl and it feels smooth, easy to use, and to hold, great price!

I didn’t even know this type of mouse existed until now. I’m kind of emotional about it because I feel like I could have prevented all the nerve damage and joint pain in my hand if I had started using this back in 2020. Anyway. I was worried it would take time getting used to, but it honestly made clicking and navigating immediately less stressful on my tendons so the transition was quick and seamless. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made!
