Don't expect much bass from this thing if you go above a certain volume; it sounds like someone's in there banging on a tiny drum, or something. Not noticeably better than the factory speakers.

Installed these yesterday on my 2004 Impreza and they work beautifully! paired with my subwoofer and some little tweeters I was actually able to enjoy the music that was being played. they do not rattle and the sound is crisp. This is a big upgrade from the old factory speakers I used to have in there. Would've put 5 stars if it didn't take 8 DAYS to send it. Took 3 weeks to arrive to Israel.

Got 4 of these to put in a 2007 Honda civic. Sound good.

Got these to update a really old 2000 Nissan Frontier factory system but not spend a lot. The factory paper cones had 100% disintegrated!!! These fit the bill and sound great even when driven by a low end Nakamichi Bluetooth-enabled head unit. I got JVC for front and rear doors and they fit perfectly. If you want more bass and have room in the door, buy the enclosures that will allow for more bass. Alternatively you can add a $100 sub woofer for not much more than the enclosures will run you and really get some punch. JVC has been around for over 50+ years and they still sell quality products.

Great sound, all 4 of my speakers had blown out somehow so when I put these in was literally music to my ears. Good brand, solid price, easy to install under an hour.

Perfect fit. Great sound. Put in my 07 Honda Civic. Buy the wire and mounting kit. Made installation simple and fast.

Got these to replace the front door speakers on a 2016 VW Jetta which were harder to hear on the highway with the windows and sunroof open a bit. Buying these solved the problem and sound great. No regrets!

The « grill » over the soeaker is quite bulky which could make your plastic panel not close properly
