Have several and they work welll of these for different label sizes.I had a problem with this one and it was replaced no problem.

cheap junk - poor "tech support"
This printer is a cheap hunk of junk. Arrived DOA. The so-called "technical support" (wasn't all that technical, and would rather interrupt me that support me) was useless in resolving the issues. The "latest" drivers are over two years old, and still broken.If you can get it to work, it might be OK, but my experience is that you'll get frustrated with the unit and the abysmal "technical support" first, and return it.

Good Printer just expensive
I bought this used at a thrift shop for about $30. I use it to print shipping labels for my online sales. I would recommend it to someone who is really opening a shop with stock and needing to create inventory lists and labels to put on items etc. But for the average seller who is just doing labels it's overkill. I would suggest looking for cheaper models.It is a good machine though and I do recommend it.
