Eddie Bauer - Queen Duvet Cover Set, Reversible Flannel Bedding with Matching Shams, Home Decor for Colder Months (Preston Grey, Queen)

I have been looking for cute flannel bedding for winter and this Eddie Bauer grey and white buffalo check duvet cover and shams is exactly what I wanted - at a great price!The set delivered quickly and after a wash on Delicate/Cold Water and Low Heat drying for 25 minutes I ran a cool iron over everything and was so happy to get it on the bed. It’s so cute!I love the flannel - it’s nice quality and the gray and white are perfect. I ordered some white flannel Euro shams from Lands End as I couldn’t find any Euro size flannel ones on amazon. The extra set of white flannel king pillowcases were ordered on amazon. All of the whites go together nicely, which was a relief since they’re from three different manufacturers.The only thing I don’t like is that the duvet doesn’t go down as far as I’d like on the sides and the end. I’m not taking off stars for it because I find that to be the case with most king duvet covers. I am actually ordering a second set since the price is so good and am going to have a friend that sews figure out how to make the duvet longer and I’ll use the extra fabric to make some cute throw pillows.The other thing I don’t love but it’s just a personal preference, is the button closure. I prefer a zipper. For some reason I find that buttons tend to fall off in the wash after a bit. I knew when I ordered it that it had a button closure so again, no stars off. Just a note to the seller in case they appreciate the feedback. :-)The quality of the fabric and the construction are great. The king pillow shams that come with it have the nice envelope style. I haven’t see any pilling and the flannel is so soft. Even my husband, who doesn’t usually get excited about new things for the home complimented how nice it looks so overall, five stars!

Great quality flannel! Good weight, super soft, and cute buffalo plaid pattern. There are even twill ties in each corner of the duvet to securely hold a comforter inside. Makes it so easy to insert a comforter. The open end buttons closed with hidden buttons. I’m very happy with this purchase!

Perfect cozy texture! We used 2 duvet inserts instead of 1 and it’s like a comfy, beautiful cloud. The material is soft and almost worn feeling. It’s perfect. So grateful for this duvet cover.

I was looking for a winter duvet cover for our California King bed - preferably in flannel. I was delighted to discover this Eddie Bauer large check pattern in grey on Amazon and the price was right. I paired it with a wrap around bedskirt and think it looks great. We live in Southern California where our nights can be chilly, so with a medium weight down comforter inside, it’s perfect for us. The flannel is very soft. I haven’t washed it yet, so don’t know about shrinkage. We have always liked the Eddie Bauer home products and so were confident that the quality would be good.

Good quality. Thick flannel that makes for cozy sleeping. It washes up nicely. I like the button closure.

This set is perfect for those who live to snooze (including our two Collies). The soft flannel is conducive to immediate sleep. Just hit “delay” on your alarm clock and bask in the comfort before taking on the day.Pleasant dreams!
