780 Lefse Mix, 16 oz

I am from North Dakota , where lefse is a staple item during the holidays. It’s a 2 day process and very labor intense. But so..worth it! When I bought my lefse board and griddle the mix came with it. I was skeptical to say the least. But to my surprise, the lefse was great. The prep time was nothing, compared to cooking and ricing potatoes. So this year, With family arriving for the holidays, I knew that I would need to make at least 2-3 batches because everyone loves it and it is a real treat that most only get to enjoy once a year. I knew that I would never hear the end of it, if anyone knew that I had used a mix. So I told no one. Haha , everyone loved it and not even my mother questioned its authenticity.

Lefse turned out great! Easy to use.

This is an easy-to-use, time -saving mix that I'm Happy to use. It comes very close to my own recipe, as close as any mix does, especially with health dept. and dietary guidelines to follow. Son Jay approved taste and texture as well. (From 1990 until 2005 we made, sold & delivered 2K+ lefse during holidays, through local churches in order to pay our San Diego house taxes. I heard many lovely stories from customers. When I think of all the 50 lb bags of potatoes we hauled, peeled......before we learned about potato flakes! Thanks for "listening".) MCH

I thought this product was awful. It was gummy and not workable a product I would not recommend this to anyone. It's back to making it the old fashioned way for me!

I have used another lefse recipe and this one is so much easier, and actually tastes more authentic.

Tastes like the real thing

Lefsa that mixes easily, tastes great- I will buy this again.
