Carlson Labs E-Gems Natural Vitamin E Elite, 1000 IU, 60 Softgels

I believe that vitamin E is a good blood thinner. There is no great evidence of its abilities in the way of clinical trials, so taking 1000 IU of this daily is at the level of a religious belief, with no good science to back it up. My doc told me that if I chose to take Vit E, that it should be mixed tocopherols, which this is. And so, of its kind, this is a good product - whether you should take, or require 1000 IU of Vitamin E daily is something that you will need to decide.

It's ok but if your a vegan the animal gelatin may not be suitable.

Carlson puts out nothing but good products. I have hypersensitive Celiac Disease, react to all grains and have to be very careful of what I take. Haven't had any problems with these. Am very happy with them.
