The sprayer stopped working the second day I used it. I’d seen other reviews stating that others also had a problem with the sprayer but I took into account the positive reviews and placed my order anyway. Amazon customer service was great as usual and a replacement is on the way. I do find it odd though that in the packaging of this spray was the directive that if the sprayer stops working to take these steps and it should work again, but it didn’t. On a positive note I sprayed the baseboards before going to bed and definitely saw less roach activity the next day and dead roaches. I’m hopeful that the replacement will work 🤞***Update***I received the replacement and had the same issue with the sprayer; it works fine the first time I used it then sputtered and completely stopped working the second time. The label had the toll free telephone number for Harris which I called and the young lady I spoke with immediately offered to send me TWO replacement sprayers and was sending it today UPS. I’m very impressed with the customer service I received, the product itself is very effective however the instrument itself is flawed.***Update 7/20/21***I did receive 2 sprayers for this order however only one worked, until today, now neither one works. I spoke with Harris Customer Service rep, Beth, who seems as puzzled as I am. Waiting for a call back from a Harris Trainer…***SUCCESS***The tubing that goes into the bottle has a small metal coil as well as a plastic piece that looks almost like a sight on a rifle - throw those pieces away! After Beth from Harris called me back and told me the same the liquid is coming out as it should. THANK YOU BETH!

Pump never worked. I put it in a different type of bottle. It did not kill or get rid of the roaches.

Might be good. The sprayer is crap. Instructions for spraying inadequate. Impossible to follow instructions correctly with the crappy sprayer. Works, then doesn’t. Not enough, and then too much. Quits working in the middle of the application of an area, then you have to pump 20 times to get any to come out and you end up saturating the area with too much until dripping wet. Which the instructions say NOT TO DO! then one does not know if it will still be effective… the product appears to help, but it is not a solution. Don’t know if it’s because of the quality of the product - or the problems with the application. But better than nothing. HARRIS! Please invest in producing better quality equipment with which to apply!

This product is excellent. It does more than what it says when it says it'll kill Em. It kills Em, but it actually lasts longer than home defense. But remember to switch out your products from time to time. Cause those little buggers will get used to it. Product is good as advertised. Even better has a little smell, but it goes away

So I had a roach issue in my apartment they were all over the kitchen and bathroom mostly. So I decided to take matters into my own hands did some research and ran into this. When I initially got this didn't think much of it but it works 100%. Its been a month and a half I have not seen any but a lot of dead bodies around lol jk. i haven't seen any in the kitchen or bathroom since I first sprayed but keep in mind this does kill them and you will see them laying around dead.Advice on using this please make sure you were a mask and gloves as well as cover your eyes, please. At the time of using make sure you leave the area for at least an hour cus this will irritate your trout and nose. Keep kids away from the area you use it in. Now I sprayed my kitchen and bathroom all over the cabinets and creases multiple times in an interval of 15 days in between. Now, this product is supposed to have you cover for a 12 month period and I have more than of the bottle left you don't need to use it all at once this thing works wonder just use sufficient in a smart way you should have plenty left after the first few time. Don't just pour this in the entire house at once you will create a toxic environment.

It is not very effective, it does not control small cockroaches in the kitchen.
