Solidly built and does the job. We have had it inddors and outdoors for several years and it has not shown any signs of breaking down. Not a bulky item. Just put your dirty shoes on it and rum. As it is light weight you need to make sure you anchore it down a bit with your other foot if you are trying to remove heavy dirt..

Here it is 2026, and I bought this boot scraper in 2012! I am really surprised, because I didn't realize how old mine was. It still works as good as ever! Also, I was shocked to see it was $19.99 back in 2012, now it's $15.55. How amazing is that? I came to buy another because we just added another sliding back door for access for our back yard, and I want a boot scraper at that door. I have used my current one many many times over the years, scraping off mud, muck, pine needles, leaves, and doggy "big business". It works really well, and cleans off everything. I live in Seattle with lots of rain, and yet, the coir bristles still do a great job and doesn't seem affected by the weather of 15 years. Here's a picture of it tonight, in the dark, and in the rain.

Great product. Gets the mud and dirt off shoes. It's a bit messy underneath so I recommend a boot tray or something to place them in especially if it is stored inside.

Perfect for everyday shoes, not too aggressive, gets the job done.

Bought one of these locally and I don't go out that much to shop. I was so lucky to find it on here. It comes already assembled, is one piece. Good value for the money because these last a very long time. Even at it's most worn out, you can still use it, and use the edges for scraping shoes or boots. Lightweight and durable. Just set on the ground and you're ready to step in to it to start using. The dirt falls through the holes so you're not smudging around the same dirt. Has rounded corners and edges to get in to deep grooves.

Product is durable and a great buy! Fits perfectly in my boot tray and in our garage. My husband already has his mowing shoes next to it! It’s perfect for scraping off muddy boots after being in the garden in the spring or in the snow right now. The bristles look firm enough to hold up and reach all the tiny crevices in my boots too. Will likely buy a second for our back porch too.
